Shocking - worst online transaction I have ever made!
I was expecting a delivery on Thursday 24th March but the DX delivery driver could not find my address. He had a SatNav but phoned me for directions.
I asked him if he knew where various local landmarks were, so I could assist him with directions, but he had absolutely no idea where he was or where the places were that I mentioned, despite having a SatNav.
My parcel was returned to sender due to 'insufficient' address details - these details are on my online account and are supplied to the delivery company by Lowplex books. 5 days later it still hasn't been returned. Not only could they not find my address, I don't think they can find the return address either.
Lowplex books said they will refund me on 28th March, when the parcel, which I have never seen, is returned to them.
Still awaiting refund - the wait goes on....and on.

A great service all round!
I ordered some books as a birthday gift for my daughter. The books were at a really competitive price. They arrived within the delivery date advised and were packaged well. I would definitely use Lowplex again and recommend to others.
