Seller/manufacturer ignoring the warranty
I purchased a spin dryer last year, and initially, it worked perfectly fine. However, recently, it has started making extremely loud noises during use, to the point where it's unberable and not safe to use. I contacted customer service via Amazon and was asked to call their provided number. After several failed attempts to get through, they gave me another number. When I finally managed to speak with someone, they assured me a technician would call to arrange a visit and repair the item.
Unfortunately, I am still waiting for this communication, and it’s been weeks now. The lack of response is highly frustrating, and I need this issue resolved. Either the dryer needs to be repaired, or I would like a refund or replacement item sent to me as soon as possible. Very disappointed with the after-sales service so far.
