Yet again Loxleys have proved why I keep using them. A customer with a very tight deadline needed and album his daughter's 50th Birthday.Loxley not only said they would do their best, but also spotted a possible issue calling by phone to discuss to confirm their suggested correction. And they still met the deadline with delivery onetime . . Again.

I photograph an annual VIP visit to a local Hospice where she meets each patient at their bedside, and staff members are presented to her during the visit.
A very quick turnaround from submitting the images through Loxley’s software to receiving the photographs are required.
Loxley never fails to to provide this service, with professionally produced photographs which patients and staff really treasure.
I thoroughly recommend Loxley Colour, would not use any other company.

I have just received my first order from Loxley after some years of using another company who never bothered to return an email raising an issue with some prints.

I took advantage of Loxley's free print samples, which were great as they provided both corrected and uncorrected versions of each image.

Following on from this, I utilised their excellent colour profile guide to proof images in Lightroom prior to ordering a 'contact sheet' of small prints.

The order arrived well packed and the results were better than I'd expected being extremely close, if not identical, to how they were edited.

For those who are unsure, if you have proofed your images and output the files as advised, colour correction should not be required.

I am very impressed with my first order, so on the strength of that, I would highly recommend Loxley.

Unfortunately, this time my order arrived not as expected. Two of the photos have slightly bent corners. It is only visible when viewed from an angle, but it is still noticeable.

I also requested that a sticker be placed on the back of two photos (or that it be written lightly in pencil) to indicate which paper type was used, as was done in my previous order. However, this was not done. It seems that perhaps the comments left with the order were overlooked.

Additionally, it would be extremely helpful if my completed orders showed the file names together with the selected paper finishes. At the moment, I can only see the Loxley item code and the paper type in the description. When I need to show a client the same photo printed on 4–6 different paper types, it is very difficult to identify which is which from the order history.
