The company does still sell only one industrial printer.
All small printers for private use are not produced any more. No one shall by one of these printers any more. There is no support. The company does sor react on privat mails asking for spare parts.
Excellent company, the 3D printers are very good quality and produce really good quality prints.
Customer service is the best of any company I have ever dealt with, I have had loads of queries and a few problems (with being a novice to 3D printing) and my emails are ALWAYS answered the same day, very knowledgeable support assistants and extremely helpful, I have had my printer 16 months and a fault arose with one of the components in printer, they sent a replacement part out immediately at no cost to myself.
I can honestly say I would never buy another make 3D printer purely for the support I receive from Leapfrog.
