Five-star experience! The website is very easy to navigate, making the ordering process a breeze. My items are always packed securely and arrive exactly as described. I really appreciate the proactive communication regarding dispatch and delivery updates. While Royal Mail can occasionally be a bit slow, that is completely separate from the excellent service provided by this company. Highly recommended!

Purchased 4x PureSense Redensity One…
Purchased 4x PureSense Redensity One (1x3ml)arrived within 2 days was very impressed.
The packaging didn’t have the silver authenticity badge so I contacted toexane to have the goods authenticated. I received an email back telling me they were approved stock and there for could not guarantee authenticity see email below.…
Unfortunately, I am writing to confirm that these products are not approved UK stock (and will not appear on our database).
We are therefore unable to guarantee the authenticity and quality of the device and gel.
Please could I ask you to confirm where you purchased this product from?
I have made contact with this company who emailed straight back again impressed and has asked that I return the goods and she will then offer a refund.
Unfortunately I didn’t think communication was brilliant.
I am out of pocket by nearly £300. I will update this review when I have my refund. Also the supplier has guaranteed me authenticity.

UK‑approved Teoxane stock carries a UK‑specific authenticity label, which confirms that the product has been handled, stored, and distributed in accordance with UK regulatory standards.

Products that are not supplied via the UK distributor will not appear on the Teoxane UK database, which is why they are unable to verify it or guarantee it from their side. This does not mean the product is not genuine.
We responded to you immediately and, to ensure you are not left out of pocket, offered a full refund upon return of the goods. This is in line with our commitment to customer service and transparency.
