and Brandon Deboer ghosted us afterwards,

Scammer. Scammed me out of $2k and wasted weeks in time which lost us even more money... This person is a serial scammer. DO NOT trust him. He will lie and text you acting legit but he's 100% scam artist.
I hired LQ1 Media and worked directly with Brandon DeBoer to help restore access to my Facebook advertising account. I paid approximately $2,040 USD, including wire fees.
Throughout the process I was repeatedly told that progress was being made and that resolution was close, but the issue was never resolved. After months of waiting, I requested a refund. Following my refund request, communication became extremely limited and I felt ignored.
My experience was that I paid a substantial amount of money, did not receive the promised outcome, and was left frustrated by the lack of communication afterward.
I recommend that anyone considering this service carefully review the agreement, keep records of all communications, and fully understand the refund terms before proceeding.
