Ordered some very small clips and clevis pins on Monday as I was going away on Saturday. Today is Friday and nothing. They don't answer emails. Very poor and will never use them again.

I had a wonderful experience with this company, as everything came in sooner than expected and costed less than what I expected. Customer service was phenomenal as Eric helped me with part choices. Overall I will be recommending to everybody I know and will definitely be a regular customer.

Super cheap, ordered to Switzerland, delivery was a little longer than a week but considering Brexit and the rona. I was super impressed

A pain in the ass though is finding the part number and not being able to just look through the shop.

I needed a brake caliper for my Disco 2 urgently. The website said it was in stock. I emailed the company Friday morning to check it was in stock and got an immediate reply confirming it was. I placed my order - free postage for a courier service (they use DPD who are by far the best courier!). The package arrived Saturday morning - less than 24 hours after my order. The part was exactly as described. Thank you. What more can you ask for? I'll definitely use LR Direct again.

Order wrong part and within 20 mins of receiving this, I contacted LRDirect to explain and hopefully swap for (more expensive) correct part. I was informed that they cannot take back Genuine LR parts (which I understand) but in the returns policy it states “We cannot return Genuine Land Rover goods at all and as such we do not offer these for sale to consumers". Why was I sold a genuine LR part if they do not sell them to consumers? Confusing or what. Searching elsewhere. Pity.

Excellent and quick response from LR Direct relating to products and coding. First class company to deal with.

I had an issue with a wrong part arriving (It can happen to anyone). I sent them a polite email and they very politely and professionally answered within half an hour. Within two hours they advised me that the correct part had been shipped, air freight express. I have no complaints and will continue giving them my business. Thank you LR Direct.

On 08/10/2020 and 12/10/2020 e-mails were sent, others e-mails were sent on 12/10/2020, 26/10/2020 and 03/11/2020. All e-mails have been sent to international @lrdirect.com, asking for permission to return the following defective items (cushions) and refund:

MWC5670LCS.M8. Q.TY 2.
To date the e-mails sent have never been answered.

As a returning customer, ordering was easy and everything went smoothly. Shipping took a bit longer, due to the current circumstances. Will definitely use again.

Ordered a Hidden Winch bracket for my D4. The item arrived from the UK to my remote address in Western Oz in a timely manner at a reasonable price.

I made this choice simply because your freight is a lot of car, that is, it does not balance the cost of the product / part and freight.

ONLY CONCERN I HAVE IS THE WARRANTY FAILED PARTS SITUATION,
LUCKILY WE DON’T HAVE MANY CASES BUT THE TIME TAKEN AND THE EXPENSES INCURRED TO GET ANY FORM OF SETTLEMENT IS NOT REALLY ACCEPTABLE.
IN FACT WE HAVE HAD TO ON A COUPLE OF OCCASIONS ABANDON THE WARRANTY PART FAILURE CLAIM AND SUFFER THE LOSS TO MAINTAIN OUR LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WHICH IN ALL FAIRNESS IS NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT

My orders are shipped to Germany. I´m very satisfied with parts quality and shipping time. :-)
