Not customer friendly institution, had to cancel my purchase due to other work commitments and they can’t offer refund of the tuition.

Thank you for your email and it is really sad to hear that you wish to withdraw. Is there anything that I can do for you to reconsider your decision? Once you have accessed the LMS system, the license is deemed to have been consumed.
Since the LMS contains all the study materials which are downloadable. As I see from the logs that you have downloaded the entire Library, Study Material, study links, accessed Videos & presentations, Assignment Brief documents etc. Hence withdrawing at this juncture is not possible.
Please let me know if you want me to pause your course for the time being or if you wish to switch to another course. Let me know and I'll do the needful.

Poor and unprofessional
They left me unsupported with American materials for an English course. They did not give me the sample materials they promised either. I am withdrawing from the course. Terrible terrible company.
