Avoid this company like the plague
Avoid this company like the plague. They offer "teaser" low rates and then put the price way higher. I contacted them two weeks before the sale of my house but they never provided me with any clear advice to ensure that I didn't pay for the new owner's usage. And so I am paying for 13 days usage of new owner's usage and I have to be relieved the new owner didn't delay contracting the new supplier any longer! They are now saying the new owner could have called to ask to use my own supplier! He had no wish to contract to them even for a short period.
