I ordered some cables from Lucky Music, but they never arrived. They said that DHL had tried to deliver but this is not true, as no delivery ticket was put through the door. I asked for a full refund, including the sub-standard delivery which did not happen - but they will not refund the complete order - AVOID THIS COMPANY - EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE
