From the start i lost a fair bit of money but RTP hit hard and then some. I won 40,000 CAD off a 10 CAD dollar bet. Naturally i was extremely excited. To be honest i think i jumped up in the air pretty big but then worry set in. I had never made a withdrawal yet so i was unsure how quickly I'd get paid. I had read all terms and condition so i knew the money was mine without any additional wage requirements or breaches of terms. The staff have been great but the payout periods are unreasonable. I have to wait 48 hours per withdrawal and as per terms and conditions its 6000 max per day. Its now day 4 and I've seen 6000 total dropped into my account. I've been told a few different things from support but still stuck waiting though they said i wouldn't be. I'll update and increase my review when i get the remainder of my winnings. I just face difficulties when I asked to withdraw the money and after many inquiries from your side - money came back as balance-
now I'm facing another one - i have balance need to transfer to my bank account and it show me no balance there while its more than $ 60000 my balance at your end

Didnt like the deposit amount

Their customer service is incredibly all over the place! Some days I’m answered within minutes and some days HOURS and I mean I think the most was 16hours.. they held onto a deposit that was “missing” and would have to wait a few days to clear (never had this happen before) but “kindly” offered for me to make another deposit using a different method. LOL they just want your money.. any bids I’ve done over $5 has NEVER paid a single line or bonus this site aswell as their sister sites (lukki, let’s lucky, lucky dream) are incredibly controlled. I’d strongly suggest to go elsewhere for better returns as these sites will just eat your balance and offer more deposit match codes to keep you putting more money in.

I give these guys a 5 star for sure. Reading all the comments about how they took ages to get there money. That definitely wasn't for me. I won on Saturday and got verified straight away. Come Monday morning the money was already in my account. Great game selection also and the support team are great!! I have nothing bad to say about this casino.

I've been trying out some of these new online casinos and just joined this one..I like the slots..easy to deposit money but if you want to withdraw your money it's a long long wait. I sent in my ID to be verified but have no idea if I am and I'm here still waiting to withdraw my funds back into my bank account. I guess I'll cross this casino off my list
