Excellent online casino - which is rare!

Been a member since June 2021 - and indeed of one of LuckyVIP’s sister companies - and I only have good things to say.

Withdrawals have always been very quick, communication has been superb and everything has gone exactly as you’d hope from a customer/player perspective.

I must also thank Joel and Jessee for their help on Live Chat this evening and afternoon.

I thought I had mistakenly processed a withdrawal to an older card (since cancelled), but they were quick to alleviate my concerns.

Indeed, the money has since landed in my account.

Good job LuckyVIP; a lot of these other online casinos could learn a lot from you!

Deposit money in secs weeks to get a withdrawal

I made a withdrawal request on the 26th September today 1st October still no funds received. They then ask me for 3 months worth of bank statements and id to get a withdrawal and I have had withdrawals from them before. After I sent a the info they wanted still going round in circles. After I receive my money I will never use them again con artist. Quick to take your money in seconds but take over a week to pay out terrible company

i do not play here

i do not play here, my daughter does. Its an Ok site, good wins at times, keep to low wagering when spinning can get good payouts on low wagers. People expect to win all time, that not gambling. The site been renewed recently, now keeps logging you out all time, very bad when you in middle of a game. THEY NEED TO SORT THIS OUT ITS VERY POOR SERVICE.

At the beginning I was winning some fairly good amounts, but then the wins became less and less almost to the extent of non existent. It seems to be that is sucks you in by letting you win for the first couple of days and gradually will start to take back your money. STEER CLEAR.

Played 100 pounds including bonus…

Played 100 pounds including bonus money. Biggest in was 7 pounds on buffalo game. Absolutely rubbish. Please please stay away.I was suckered into this by Grosvenor casinos via a link. Thought it would be worth a try. Terrible is the only way to describe this rip off site.
Don’t mind losing but a bit of hope wouldn’t go amiss. I will never return

Enjoyed playing at lucky vip

I would like to say i did enjoy playing at lucky vip, I claimed the 100% bonus match and played on afew well know slots, like the goonies jackpot king and the original goonies and the gremlins slot, which all landed bonus rounds and free spins at some point though i would highly recommend not playing for too long a time on the site and would take breaks within your playing session :-) other than this the withdrawal time wasn't as fast as i expected, but it was reasonably quick no loner than 12hours through visa withdrawal so far.
