I am a first time buyer and was able to set up my account very easily. The products I needed were easy to find and were available. I also was able to plant a tree and help the environment.

Website was easy to navigate, well organized, and aesthetically pleasing. Nice range of items and clear discounts shown (also great prices!). Great alternative to Amazon for beauty items.

I love Mary Ruth's products and they are the cheapest so far

Over 3 months later and I still have not received my product. What a waste of money. Do not order from this company. As I didn’t pay insurance on top of the delivery costs they will not accept responsibility for the fact that it hadn’t been delivered. I often offer goods without insurance and have never had a problem before. What a scam.

I was asked for more info from Lucky Vitamin which I supplied - but needless to say - I haven't heard back. My hopes have agin been dashed as I now feel that the request for more info was just to placate me. Pretty angry really!

After ordering online there is no confirmation shown, and no confirmation email until much later. The “Contact Us” link on their website only gives a mailing address. Web pages load very slowly. Employees say they don’t think there is any problem.

Website was easy to navigate and showed proper amount of info on each product. I specifically used this website after a google search for a product I couldn’t find in Canada anywhere else.

Changing my review. I had a horrible time with Customer Service, but someone got back to me and tried to help so I appreciate the effort.

LuckyVitamins has stolen my money. I have cancelled an order and they never refunded the gift card value. They literally stole money.

Edit: They reached out to this review with a boilerplate answer like they did on their website with their chat agents. Experience stays terrible.

Luckily I bought via Paypal so I could open a dispute. After they had no other option than to refund me the money via Paypal, they did do a refund.

I DO NOT recommend this shop to anyone. They are arbritrary and their Support / Help Line is terrible from start to end. The worst is the chat support. Also their response time is really bad.

Lucky Vitamin is an unprofessional company.
They charged me for a product that they did not deliver.

The customer service agent was like we would not give your refund for the product. Their call center has long wait times and after the agent picks up the call they will say everything is taken care and you will get the product.

I was welcomed back as an old customer who hasnt ordered for awhile and am happy to be back.

I made an order and waited for couple of days and did not see any change in my order status. I contacted support and they informed me that it is under processing via email. Then I contacted them again through chat and the order was showing "onhold" I gave my information to support representative, then I was told my order is cancelled. I told them it is showing "onhold" he asked me to refresh my page. So it seems he cancelled it while we were chatting. When I asked why. He kept pasting this statement to me: "Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason." I kept asking why my order is cancelled and he kept saying "business decision" and pasting the same statement.

Update: As of today, no one has contacted me even though I responded to their TrustPilot request.

I was looking for the best ingredients I could find at an affordable price which is what I found. I found the products I needed with percentages of each ingredient at a more than acceptable amount. I believe one of the vitamins I ordered are third party tested which is always a plus. The items were on sale which made the purchase price even more affordable. Then to boot I had a coupon code so I am super happy!

Loved a holy Basil supplement for lowering my chronically high cortisol but be aware that this website changes the price of their products significantly. I had this on auto ship and they upped the price by an extra $5/bottle! My auto shipment total went from $144 to $196. I will find my supplements elsewhere.

The vendor claims that handles international orders. I ordered 8 supplements with total order of €299 to be delivered to Greece including delivery and import duties. The order dispatched on time however, DHL had to return the items back to the shipper due to a local customs policy that limits the imported supplements per customer to 7 items (first time heard of it). I contacted customer service to resend my order in two parcels, as per DHL’s instructions, but they advised me to wait for a refund and reorder. My refund arrived a few days later to the amount of €148 as they charged a 25% restock fee on the value of the order and failed to also refund the order taxes of €55 for an order I never received!! To reorder in two shipments I need €340 (another €190) and we could have avoided this mess by only charging me two extra deliveries of €37 each. I’m not going to comment on the fact the DHL should have instructed the vendor on the terms of international shipments or obviously that the vendor must have already been more cautious on international deliveries.
