Very bad experience.
Very bad experience. Paid $94.50 for a leather jacket like Lucuss described and got some really cheap plastic jacket and make with bad quality workmanship. Ask to return for refund and Lucuss make me send the fake jacket all the way back to a long address in China and suggest that I got a option to avoid all the hassles of shipping back not even for a full refund instead take a 30%. So I took the 30% refund to avoid the total lost. A hard lesson learned.
This is a totally scam of online and on Facebook shopping. I will never shop on these untrustworthy shops again.

I ordered 3 coats
I ordered 3 coats. One arrived. It was not true to size, ran about 1 size smaller. The other 2 coats never made it by Christmas after ordering it at least a month ago. I opted to cancel. Not a good experience.

Winter coat gone bad…
I made an order on December 12 2023 for a winter coat that costed me $193.00 me thinking it was a heavy and warm coat because of the reviews I was reading, the coat was delivered on December 26, 2023 in a small bag the bag was so light I just knew this was not my coat but as soon as I opened it, it looked nothing like the picture it looks like a jacket I just want my refund that's all I don't want another item or nothing just my money back.

Order from them, pay with PayPal. Refuse the junk they send you and file with PayPal. They will ask you to drop the PayPal case. Demand a full refund and tell them you refused package. Tell them that they have been reported for fraud by PayPal. They will refund at least 90% of the money and they will send you back the crap they set you. It’s with a $10 laugh and we can eventually put them out of business!

Lucuss leather flying jacket.
Despite their claim that their jacket is real leather and sheepskin, the jacket I received from this company is faux leather and available on another site at £40 as opposed to the nearly £90 I paid. Liars to be avoided.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. They claim their coats are made in the USA but they ship from China. I also ordered a crossbody bag in black and they sent a blue one and have refused to honor their own policy by paying for return shipping. They keep trying to force me to accept a partial refund to keep the ugly bag and they also asked me to lie on the customs form and understate the value. They implied they won’t accept it and then I won’t get a refund. To date they have refused to provide a waybill and return label. A dispute has been opened with PayPal. Just another scamming Facebook user who posts ads with their dishonest claims. Search Facebook for Lucuss and you will find other people who were scammed by this company.
This company is now trying to get their bad reviews removed. I repeatedly went back and forth with these scammers with PayPal and all they kept saying is that I was responsible for returning their mistake. Their own policy clearly says it’s their responsibility when they are in error. Finally I gave PayPal a choice, refund my money, a customer of 21 years, or enable this crooked company to keep lying and stealing from people. PayPal finally sided with me and refunded my money. I then contacted Lucuss once again and gave them the opportunity to get their item back by providing a prepaid postage label and a waybill but they sent me the same reply “we don’t provide return label”
This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Their standards are low, even for a Chinese company. They’ve been reported to the US postal system as well for asking me to lie on the customs form and undervalue the item. Everything about this company screams FRAUD
