I bought a large bespoke pre-treated and painted garden room, thinking it would be excellent quality. It wasn't.
From the get go, the doors stuck and I could not open them. Then the wooden panels moved apart so that there are 1-2cm gaps in the walls.
Now the base of one of the sliding doors is completely rotten. It is only 2.25 years old.
I have not had any satisfactory remediation, and I can't see any guarantee on the product.
The 'sheds' are completely overpriced and totally unsuited to UK conditions. Shocking waste of money. The biggest mistake I have ever made.

This is what they say on their website ” With our clear 1-2-3 step-by-step plan, both on paper and video, you can build your own summerhouse or canopy” In reality this is far removed from what they deliver - if you value your sanity avoid.

I've had my daisy cabin for 16 years now and it's still going strong. The customer after sales service is fantastic and the great team at Lugarde couldn't be more helpful. Would give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Reinier.

I've had my Lugarde log cabin for around a year now and it's been a great addition to our home. We've created our very own bar and entertaining space, and it's been the go to place for all get-togethers with family and friends.

Personally, I found the service from Lugarde very good, after being referred to a local dealer I found the ordering and design process very easy. Recently, my daughter decided to use the wall as a drawing board! I asked for some touch-up paint and they provided it without any issue at all.

Recently purchased a summerhouse from Lugarde and I am really happy with it! It’s extremely high quality and it has completed my garden just in time for summer. The service provided by Lugarde was excellent with prompt and polite customer service. I would not hesitate in recommending Lugarde to friends and family.

I ordered a Lugarde log cabin to use as an office as I now work from home. I couldn't be more happy with my new office. The service was brilliant and the actual installation was so quick! The quality is amazing, it is like being in the house, you wouldn't know the difference. I used their online tool to create a bespoke cabin, as I didn't have a lot of room to play with in the garden. If you use your phone you can hover over the space and it shows you the designed cabin in the desired space, its so clever! I instantly loved it.

After submitting a review then reading other reviews the same thread or common denominator can be found ..... no customer care and a poor respect of their customers on a poor product

I placed an order for a Gazebo in March and was told delivery would be within 14 weeks.

I have now been told more like 19 weeks and even then won't be confirmed until nearing completion.

Agent is very unhelpful, not even an apology. I asked them to send through installation details ahead of the delivery because the you tube ones do not cover a gazebo and its footings. Have asked 3 times now. Their last email said to prepare the footings in advance. Appalling.

This is an expensive purchase and so far I wouldn't recommend Lugarde to anyone. They seem to be answerable to no one.

We bought a small Lugarde cabin after looking at reviews and publicity materials. We paid an additional £700 to have the cabin painted externally. We are very disappointed with the finish and contacted the retailer with photographs. We were informed that all customers need to paint their cabins themselves if they want to achieve the finish that is used by Lugarde to advertise their products. We were not made aware of this and therefore feel disappointed that we paid a substantial sum, for what we consider is a poor job ( knots leaking, bare wood showing, some areas not painted at all) our advice is just paint it yourself and save £700. One piece of positive feedback for Lugarde is that we were grateful of the tin of paint they sent us. We have made a good job of painting the interior and we hope to enjoy the cabin for many years as it appears to be good quality.
