Made an order, the credit card was charged and a confirmation email received. When I went to track the shipment, I discover that the order was cancelled without informing me and without returning the amount.

They were quick to ship and followed up to make sure everything went well with the order.

This is a great piece of luggage. It is very light compared to other same size pieces. The construction is great and I expect it to last a Long time. Communication with the Luggage Pros was great. Shipment arrived on time. Highly recommend buying this piece and from this seller.

I purchased a tote which has a band that fits over the handle of my rolling luggage. It is great, easy to manage and best part does not fall off the rolling luggage. I have looked for this type for a long time now I am pleased to recommend it to others.

Ordered a piece of luggage from Costco, same day, non-expedited shipping. It will beat the piece I ordered from this company by at least two days.

Spent $80, paid for shipping since under $100 or something, then they added on a $9.95 “oversized handling” fee. Really Luggage Pros? Unfair and never saw when ordering, only at last page of check out. Buyer beware.

Ordered twice from Luggage Pros and was extremely satisfied with service and purchase. Prices were reasonable and shipping was fast. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the shipping cost. Most places don't charge for shipping over $35. Otherwise, recommend Luggage Pros.
