Cross body bag . Poor customer service

Cross body bag looked good upon receipt. After 5 months the black trim started to split and dropped off and inner lining fraying.
Miss Lulu not replying to emails after numerous times of trying to contact them. Customer service non existent.

Very poor company AVOID

Very poor company sent wrong 3 piece set to one advertised then removed the one I ordered trying to blame me the set also didn’t match and excuse was matching not in stock even though items where being advertised online now ignoring emails AVOID !!!!!!!

Kono and Lulubags - a scam or a lie

I recently bought a Kono luggage which is manufactured under the Lulubags brand. Well, this is a dodgy brand, something between a scam and lie. I was tricked by the "good" reviews on Amazon and by the 5-Year Warranty they advertise. The moment of true was when I contacted their Customer Service to register my luggage and was told that the warranty actually is supposed to be "provided" by the SELLER. No comments!

Scam

Ordered a suitcase from Wowcher have not received any information about thr delivery I have not received the item I have sent an email and have not received a reply seems like a scam company

Absolutely horrendous company

Absolutely horrendous company. Ordered 2 suitcases from.them via Groupon. They delivered only 1 suitcase under the DPD tracking number. When I called DPD to check they said they have been given another number.ber but more that 60 hours later, they have not received yet the 2nd suitcase. When I rang Groupon, all they said is that they have escalated it. They cannot refund the money for goods they took money for and not delivered by their merchant partner Lulu Bags. When I rang Lulu Bags on their number +442921286500, nobody answers the phone, trying since 2 days. When they got the message from Groupon one person named Jucy wrote to me from her email Grouponsale
lulubags.co.uk and asks me for my name, address and order number and gives me the same tracking number , which provides the information that item not yet received by DPD. I think this company is an outright fraud, attracting customers through Groupon and fleecing them of their money. STAY AWAY FROM LULU BAGS. I AM.TAKING THEM TO COURT SOON.

Bad customer Service

I ordered their 6pc suitcase set with enough time for them to arrive for my holiday. It wasn't until i chased a week later that they told me it was out of stock. Their alternative options were also out of stock. The given delivery date was the day i fly baring in mind i had already told them this.

Their response time is shockingly bad.

Ordered a suitcase set

Ordered a suitcase set. Good quality and it travelled to Canada and Cyprus with no issues. Regrettably one of the wheels on the 28” became damaged. I searched the internet for replacement wheel but couldn’t find the right size.
I contacted Lulu Bags on the off chance they might have some or point me in the right direction. I had a quick response asking for photos of the damaged wheel which I sent straight away.
To my surprise and delight, Lulu had found the original order and advised it was under warranty. They emailed me last Friday (1 Nov) to say they were replenishing stock but would send me a replacement suitcase as soon as available. By Monday (4 Nov) I had tracking info for a new case. It’s delivered today. HOW GOOD IS THAT??
Remember I was only looking for a new wheel.
I could not be happier. Stunning customer service.
DONT be put off by some reviews below. (Some of the dates on those reviews make them look dodgy anyway). Some people are just out for a freebie. Ignore them!!

Disappointing quality and customer service

I was given a set of this luggage as a birthday gift ( May birthday) it was lovely to look at, I used it for the first time in Sept and the plastic edges cracked, I contacted company they told me my warranty was up so there was nothing they could do, by the third use 2 wheels had broken ( I ended up having to leave the case and purchase a new case to return from holiday) and most of the plastic edges had cracked, it was jagged and was catching on clothes , very disappointed in both the quality and the customer service

Very very helpful

I bought a bag from this company through groupon. Evri had it out for delivery for an astounding 6 days. I contacted them and they sent me another. They were extremely helpful and this has been an extremely positive customer experience.

Update 24/4/24

Further to this the original case arrived also on the seventh day. They offered to let me keep it, but I felt that would be unfair, their customer service deserved more than this, so I have returned the case to them.

Scammers

Scammers, bought a bag through Groupon from them. they recalled it back midjourney. Now they are playing dumb when asking for a refund.

Speedy delivery time

I ordered four sets of suitcases, the despatch time said 7 working days, they arrived in 2.
Very happy with the service, the suitcases look great and perfect for what we require.

Unreliable

Ordered two cases online as it said they were in stock. Notified of delivery and told the parcel was at the depot. On the day of delivery they sent an email to say they didn’t have stock. Very poor!!

I ordered a suitcase.

I ordered a suitcase.
Due to COVID, the delivery took much longer time than usual and couldn’t be in time for my travel.
The shop gave me answers quickly about delivery status, and they accepted refund without argument considering my situation.
Good and trustworthy.

WORST customer service ever!!

Despatched the incorrect bag, I got in contact with customer services. Lisa, who could not have helped less, is flippant and dismissive, refused to arrange a collection for the incorrect bag, refused to despatch the correct bag that I paid for, and is now refusing to issue a refund until the incorrect bag is returned! Despite the fact I have NO responsibility or ownership of goods I did not purchase! Your staff need to learn basic consumer rights!

My Best Selling Bags are from lulubags

i have been ordering from many wholesalers over the years, i sell on ebay, amazon, facebook and in my own shop.

i get 95% of my stock from lulubags there stock is the latest fashion trends, and by far the fastest selling.

also they offer amazing customer service this very hard to find from wholesale.

i would definitely recommend opening a trade account with lulubags.co.uk

Great Stylish Fast Selling Fashion Bags

Lulubags offer a wide range of fashion bags, really popular designs that are really fast sellers online and offline.
the prices they offer are the cheapest i found out of all the bag wholesalers online.
and the items are mostly always in stock.
also the customer service they offer is by the best compared to other wholesalers i have purchased off.
if you are looking to buy bags wholesale i would recommend lulubags as they are the most reliable by far
