Absolutely fantastic service. On picking up the camper as never having one before I would have liked to have had the opportunity to put the camper trailer up in the showroom as it is easier to do with someone that knows rather than a video. Also had some trouble in un hitching the McHitch and had to call a couple of times for assistance, but every time the staff were extremely helpful. Standard of camper trailer is amazing. Thank you

Generally experience was good, they did forget to add the 240volt option. Sheoak was as expected of a Chinese product, a few loose bolts and some detail was lacking. In saying all that this item was purchased with the full intention of modification.

Overall service experience was great from purchase through to handover, few small issues with email follow up and wrong email address but outside of that it was all quite seamless.
The Lumberjack Team went out of their way to find a solution for handover as the dates lined up against a show.
First trip away was a success and looking forward to Easter.

Our overall experience was great! Your staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable about the product they are selling. The only feedback I have would be that I think because different people handle different parts of the purchase we felt that we had to chase up on a few occasions to see where things were at. Not a major issue though and we were always given the information when we called. Really happy with our Johanna Campertrailer and would definitely recommend Lumberjack and your Campertrailers.

We had an amazing experience with Lumberjack. We have been looking at our options for quite a few months but we’re indecisive about what type of camper trailer to purchase. The salesman took the time to understand our needs and what we were after without the usual salesman pushiness. We love our camper and cannot wait to explore our beautiful country. As with any big purchase, we checked out all the reviews on the different retailers and understandably, there were a handful of negative reviews amongst the many positives with them all. Any negativity was unfounded with our experience. Highly recommend Lumberjack

Shocking quality even for a chinese product.
9 months old, top of the range, $30,000 worth of cracked, rusty, twisted body, with a saggy tent with hole in it from delivery.

Always stored in a workshop, never been offroad. Done maybe 10,000kms.
Melbourne to Perth and back, then a handful of local trips mostly to caravan parks.

Was sold a "Off Road" camper.
Received and overweight, unbalanced, poorly designed collapsing pile of junk.

Electrical system is useless.
The roof sags, which their display and show model had been modified, which they don't tell you till handover.
So you have to attempt to rectify this yourself.
Because of this issue, annex is useless.

This product is not fit for the purpose of what it is sold to do. Stay clear.

Other brands out there much better,
We are battling to get our money back to try still make our trips we had booked.

We first saw Lumberjack at the camping show at Melbourne showgrounds. Their stand was awesome and young Tim showed us the ins and outs of the Buckley. He was courteous and informative. A few months later we decided to invest in a Buckley, it has great storage and all the things we were looking for. Our sales and customer contacts were professional and kept us informed of everything we needed to know. This weekend just gone we took it for it's first run. Well putting up the annexe for the first time in 65 km wind gusts was actually not that hard, great quality and impeccable customer service from the team at Lumberjack. Buy one, you will have so much fun.

Friendly, knowledgeable, easy to deal with. Salesman Aaron was attentive and helpful, answering all our questions. The service we received during our purchase at the 4 x 4 Show during inclement weather was faultless. Continually contacting us and keeping us up-to-date with the progress of our camper trailer build. So looking forward to picking up our new Otway Camper Trailer.

I brought a camper from them almost 12 months ago,
I must say the whole process was as simple as could be.

Between the initial purchace ( from a 4x4 and camping show) to handover day the communication was amazing, and question i had was answered almost immediately via a phone call or email.

12 months on and i still love the trailer, well built and super easy to tow, and not a single drama with anything on it.

I highly recommend Lumberjack Camper Trailers, right from the start when we were initially "just looking" for a camper trailer through to after sales service when we had a couple of small issues during our first big trip away, the team has been exceptionally helpful. If you want a reasonable priced camper trailer don't look past these guys!

I looked at many companies offering similar forward fold camper tailers and found the folks at Lumberjack to be the most helpful by far. I spent a few hours going through their range and they were very happy to answer all my questions and let me crawl through their units. I decided to purchase the Buckley version. The sales team was wonderful and their communication was top notch. Handover was great and I felt very confident with being able to setup my unit once I left. They called a few days later to make sure I was ok with everything. I am very happy with my trailer and the folks on the Lumberjack Facebook forum are very helpful as well.

Thanks guy's for the opportunity in purchasing our new camper. Not only did we get the Glenaire, my parents liked it so much we also got the Buckley. We are already making plans to do the lap next year.

We have a few kids, three to be precise. With limited choice for a growing family we stumbled into Lumberjack Camper Trailers at a show. Walking into their site was amazing. Their sales team was very helpful and not pushy. We spent the next few months doing more research and decided with the Glenaire. Wow, what a great trailer this is. It’s so big when folded out. Once closed up goes perfectly in our double garage. Love the bed sizes. Big shout out to the crew at the Brisbane store. Fantastic service and just around the corner for us.
