Never received my order. Tried MULTIPLE times to contact them. They never responded.

I ordered in December 2024 with the promise of delivery before Christmas, but I am still waiting for them to arrive. Customer service has never returned an email. Many texts since January 2025 and the last on February 27th with promise to get with support group with urgency and resolve with a refund or the product. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED EITHER.

They took my money on December 13 2024, I never received my order.

Same..disappointing ordered these lumiballs for my kids christmas . Paid got a order receipt. Delivery update but never came..I sent numerous emails .. wanted my product or my refund..and still no one contacted me by email or phone.. then just got a recent update about products delivery soon.. what the heck

Same as everyone else - placed a sizeable order weeks before Christmas. Got a shipping update in mid-December but never received any products. Emailed several times for follow up but never received any response, update, or refund.

This site is a scam!!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!! THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER SEND A PRODUCT!!!!! I ordered from them before christmas, reassuring me I would have them before. I never got them. Emailed several times with 1 response stating they got backed up over the holidays and assured me I will get my shipment. Weeks went by with nothing, emailed several more times with no response. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!

Horrible. The product is cheap trash. It leaves stains on the ceiling. Customer Service is non existent. I have emailed at least 10 times and they will not respond. Would give zero stars if I could!

Never received my order and it’s been 1.5 months! ! I’ve tried reaching out to customer service via email, since no phone number, but I never receive a response. 4 emails later!

This company is a scam! They are quick to take your money, but then don’t send your product and don’t respond to customer inquiries or request for resolution!

I ordered these in early January, tracking only shows ordered and not shipped, and like everyone else I have received zero response. Their phone number from the credit card statement is 888-617-0038.

Suggestion: Only order using a CREDIT CARD --- not a debit card. With a credit card, you can dispute the charge. Lumiballs is likely unable to manage answering disputes, so you will be made whole.

0000 Horrible website and scam.... no customer service take your money and you don't get shit... no refunds...

I placed an order on 12/12/24 and still have not received my items. I've tried reaching out multiple times to get updates on my order, but received no response whatsoever. I've now requested a refund, but still have not received a response. If I could give them a 0 star, I would. DO NOT buy anything from this company.

"I ordered Lumiballs on December 13,2024, from Lumiballs.co. Unfortunately, it's been over a month, and I still haven't received my order. Despite multiple emails, I haven't received any response or updates on the status of my order.

To make matters worse, when I requested a refund, I was met with complete silence. As a customer, it's frustrating to feel ignored and disrespected.

I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company. Their lack of communication and customer service is alarming. Until they improve their business practices, I would not recommend purchasing from them."

I have copies of all the emails I sent to them and other documentation related to my order to support my experience as stated. I gave them every chance to resolve the issue and redeem themselves but since they've not responded, they have left me no choice but to leave this negative but deserved review. I would rate 0 stars if this site would allow it.
