Don’t order unless you have all the time in the world (literally)
I placed an order worth around €2,000 because I decided to buy all the light fittings for my apartment from one supplier. Big mistake.
Four weeks later, my order still hasn’t arrived, and I’m now being told it will be at least another couple of weeks. The reason? A single floodlight is out of stock. Apparently, that means none of the other items can be shipped.
To make matters worse, I was told it’s not possible to remove the floodlight from the order and send it separately later. I wasn’t even allowed to speak with a manager to discuss a solution. No flexibility, no accountability, and no compensation whatsoever for the delay.
Absolutely disgraceful customer service. I will never make the mistake of ordering from this company again!!!!

Disappointed by Misleading Product Information
The product I ordered was advertised as being suitable for outdoor use. However, it turned out that it was not waterproof or properly sealed against water exposure. This means that it could not get wet or be exposed to rain, water splashes, or similar conditions, which makes it unsuitable for outdoor use.
The product description was highly misleading and did not reflect the actual characteristics of the product. As a result, I spent money on an item that does not serve the purpose for which it was bought and my money has effectively been wasted.
