Avoid - all the hallmarks of a Chinese company fraudulenting presenting as Irish or UK…

The website said this was an Irish designer and shipped from Ireland as I did not want to order from a Chinese company. After placing my order tracking showed the item being shipped from Shenzhen. Then found the same item on Temu, Zalando and a site Charles Francis claiming to be in UK. Item shape and colour delivered quite different to image, badly stitched and without any labels at all - care label, materials or brand - which is illegal in Europe. When I contacted them they said I needed to courier the sweater back to China which costs the same or more than the item and that they had no Irish contact number. Website now says "branding being updated, will go live soon" and launch is spelt as lauch. When I pointed out that no labelling is illegal in Europe and the prohibitive cost of sending it to China when the site said it was being shipped from Ireland they are not responding. This has all the hallmarks of yet another Chinese company fraudulently presenting as Irish or UK, sending out poor quality items knowing that the cost of returning it means customer will not return it for a refund
