Customer service sucks

Ordered items on the basis of buy one get one free. Firstly the delivery was 5 days late. Secondly there were only the 2 items I ordered. The free item was missing. When I contacted the company I was told I should have added a third to the order. This does not make sense in relation to costings. I informed them of their error but they just said it states add the additional to the order. The headline description of buy 2 get one free is misleading in advertising terms. There is no problem with the actual items but customer service sucks. I do not recommend dealing with this supplier.

The promotion referenced was a “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” offer, which—like all multi-buy promotions—requires the qualifying quantity to be added to the basket for the discount to apply. This requirement was clearly stated on the product Sub-title, main image, in 3 places on the item description and at checkout. As only two items were added to the order, the promotion did not trigger and no third item was included.

Regarding delivery, while we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delivery times are provided as estimates by the courier and can occasionally be affected by factors outside our control. We regret any inconvenience caused by this delay.

We are pleased to hear that there were no issues with the quality of the items received. We respectfully disagree with the suggestion that our advertising was misleading or that our customer service was inappropriate. Our team responded by explaining how the promotion operates, in line with the information displayed at the point of purchase.

We take feedback seriously and continually review how we present offers to ensure they are as clear as possible. Should the reviewer wish to discuss this further, we would be happy to do so directly.

This is NOT an eBay customer. There is an internal eBay feedback system.
This is linked to a threat by a competitor who we asked to stop using our intellectual property.

It’s been removed once by Trustpilot. They are intent on causing problems

This review was for an item sold on eBay which was unfortunately lost in the post. It’s clearly sarcastic and replaced an initial one removed by Trustpilot because it contained swearing and was against community guidelines.
Furthermore this buyer also left feedback on eBay (subsequently removed), where he stated the following:

"( FRAUDULENT SELLER ) Seller claims item sent. But no it hasn t. He banned me from contacting him due to his guilt. I HAVE MADE A YOUTUBE VIDEO ABOUT HIM AND HIS WIFE LISTING THERE HOME ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER. And showing there house. I know the item was only £4 but that s not the point."

The mere fact he left such a threatening feedback and defamed us made us make a police report.
He also called twice in a strange fashion. The first he was angry and threatening. The 2nd was to gloat that he received a refund.

The person was reported to eBay, Trustpilot for transgression of their TOS and we hope you can see that their ‘review’ has no basis, was vindictive and all because Royal Mail unfortunately lost their item. We will be pursuing legal action against this individual if they have defamed us in a public forum as they threatened to do.

Competitively priced, fast and efficient

I purchased an armband for my Galaxy s5 but when it came, 2 days later, I realised I had ordered the wrong one. Ordered another, different one, and that came just as quickly. The price? ONE PENNY! So what if the postage was £1.99.....still a bargain!!

Super people to deal with and very efficient

I am a new Lupostore customer, and having found them, I shall be buying from them again I had a query and they relied instantly, even though it was on a Sunday. They are super people to deal with and very efficient. Their prices are good and they deliver quickly.
