I had a very disappointing experience with this airport parking service. The staff was unprofessional from the start, and when I returned to my car, I discovered money missing from inside the vehicle. Nothing else had been disturbed, which is extremely concerning. I trusted this service to keep my car safe while I was away, and that trust was broken. I would not recommend this company and will not be using them again.

**SCAM** - on exit from Luton airport parking payment, they snuck in a 1-day free trial for £0.0 to yogalicious.co. A service fee of £49 /month will then apply.. Fortunately Virgin's fraud dept caught it.

When I returned from my trip I found out that my car was used without my knowledge, it was a mess inside with clear signs of usage and petrol was missing. I emailed my complaint and was totally ignored! Don’t use their service unless you do y mind the free rides on your risk and behalf.

I highly don’t recommend this guys I have parked my car in their parking yard and when I come back my car it was full of resins from the tree I don’t know where they parked my car but after that I suppose to polish my car as the resin didn’t come with the simple wash I’m very obsessed about as my car it was very clean when I have parked there! It’s 0 trust and on the top of it I wait at least 1 hour that gheza to take me from terminal it’s unbelievable as I have paid a lot of money I please everyone to stay away

I’ve read previous experiences after the date we left our car & picked it up. They were totally different to our experience. We dropped our car on 31 August. Was a bit shocked that there was no one in a uniform as stated in the booking. But it was a smooth handover. Equally on picking the car up , it was waiting for us. No damage to car. We were happy with the service & would use again.

Dodgy, rude company. Don't use
Unfriendly. Snipe charges. The car tenders changed all settings in the car, mirrors, seats, radio, heating, heated seats, steering wheel height. Then the fact they added 30 miles to the car. I might of well have left the car on my drive and just paid the same kind of price for a taxi. NOT RECOMMENDED. The way the guy was talking to my wife nearly resulted in him getting punched in the face as he was rude as you like to her.

Another couple had been waiting an hour for their car to be brought to them. Witnessed lots of unhappy customers and no-one from the company was prepared to take any responsibility and were confrontational and aggressive. Bunch of cowboys!!
Unresponsive after seeking compensation for damages.
I left my car with the parking service over the last Christmas period, car was damaged during their care. Company completely unresponsive despite multiple attempts to reach, resorting to legal means to resolve the matter. I would not risk it leaving a car to their care.

I had to wait 1.5 hours to return the car. I have cameras in the car and it turned out that the employees were driving for private purposes without my consent. They charged me for the delayed flight. They do not respond to complaints at all and do not respond to emails. Never again. Don't be fooled by the lower price.
Do not use this company
Having booked 2 cars with Luton 247 parking. I followed the procedure and contacted them once we have our luggage. One car was there but waited 30 minutes for the attendant to return to collect the keys. The second car had not been brought to the airport and we had to be taken to the car.
I was given a customer service email which bounced back and I have had no response this week in my complaint.
Very disappointed
Unprofessional and shocking service
I followed the indicated procedure and called them upon landing to request delivery of my vehicle.
They were extremely unprofessional and claimed they did not have my car, even questioning that I actually left it with them. When they finally “found it”, they advised the car would be delivered in 35 minutes. This was 4 minutes past midnight.
After several lies (“It will be here in 10 minutes”, the local parking attendant kept telling me) and empty promises, we finally discovered that they had blocked our car with another one they couldn’t find the keys for.
Our car was delivered a few minutes shy of 2AM. Almost TWO hours after my initial call.
I strongly urge you to stop working with Luton247 Airpot Parking Ltd as they are one of the least professional companies I ever had the displeasure of making business with. They were rude on the phone at first, and refused any information about the status of my car until I started raising my voice.
I will also report them to Trading standards and will request a full refund of the fee I paid to them.
1.5 stars for a reason
1.5 stars for a reason. Used meet & greet. This included entering return flight details and time. I was also given instructions to make a phone call on arrival. Even after doing all these things I was left waiting over an hour once getting to the car park

I would give no stars if I could. When I left my car with them, there were a number of £1, £2 and smaller denomination coins in the console organiser which I use for parking, supermarket trollies, etc. I did not expect most of it not to be there when I picked up the car. There was a small dent in one of the wheel arch trims which was not there when I dropped the car off. I have contacted the company several times and requested the photographs they are supposed to take upon drop off and these have not been forthcoming. There is no response to my emails. I am now taking this up with the relevant trading standards organisation.
Irresponsible Company
I parked my car car with Luton 247 Airport Parking in July, 2023. Car was scratched during parking with them. Same day I received a car I wrote them request for recovery. Already 16 days like I receive no any replies. Over the telephone they said that replied, than that they will check and send answer. Absolutely Irresponsible company. Do not use them!
Left waiting for 45 minutes at midnight
We were left for 45 minutes in the freezing cold at midnight when we had been told under 15 mins. After my first call to chase them up, they did not pick up. I would not recommend, and now I’ve read other reviews, I’d say avoid at all costs!!

Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Easy drop off and pick with friendly staff. Car was as I had left it, only 5 miles added to clock so clearly only parked up and brought back. Would use again.
