Recently a plastic clip (I now know it's called a "bottom bar button") broke on one of our Venetian blinds that we had fitted by John Lewis at least 15 years ago. I contacted Luxaflex via their websit... See more

Received a damaged 50mm venetian blind (the central spool had "jumped out of" its mounting and at some point the frame around this spool has become bent) at least I can make sure this bulge is on the back side of the blind so not visible from the room. The dreadful fitting instructions contain no words to assist or contextualise the cartoon pictures and described parts and operations which do not seem to be valid for my particular model. The blind was chosen to colour match our kitchen, yet the bright metal brackets which hold the blind top rail to the window reveal are fully visible and therefore detract from the overall look of the product. It should be possible to provide a strip to attach to the blind top to hide these ugly fittings. This is a super expensive product and frankly a disappointment

Their Silhouette shades are the best if you need both privacy and light. They are really fantastic, worth every penny. Highly recommended!

Having purchased Luxaflex roller blinds 12 years ago my decorator lost some brackets. The dealer was no longer in business so I called Luxaflex and the lady I spoke to was delightful and sent me replacement brackets free of charge and they arrived the next day. Unbeleavle Service. My blinds have re fitted and they look as as good as new.
Thank you.

recently had powerview motorised duette blinds installed in our dining room and absolutely love them.
supplied with a stylish "pebble" remote control but what we didnt know until the were fitted was they come with an app you can use on your smartphone to not only control them but also program them to move to set positions throughout the day - not only do they look stylish but they also now keep the heat in when closed in what previously was a cold room (and keep the heat out on the rare days we get any sun!)
Highly recomend luxaflex products, they cost slightly more than other cheaper blinds but you definately worth the money

I can only comment on the awnings. Ok design and quality but very expensive for what they are. My biggest concern is that you can’t buy spares except through the dealers and there’s no transparency on rrp. We were quoted for the same part by two different shops and one wanted £180 and the other £280. We’re not happy with the cost of spares or dealings with luxaflex customer service so we will be getting rid of the awning and won’t buy anything from them in future. Whatever awning you get look into the cost of spares and how easily they can be sourced.

Purchased 4 Luxaflex Pirouette Blinds with power view operation clear view satin in January this year. Waited 7 weeks as these blinds are manufactured in the USA. They worked for less than 24 hours. Finally after 2 weeks Luxaflex accepted there was a problem. We then had to wait a further 7 weeks for a new set which were installed last week. One was found to have been damaged in transit and the other 3 don’t work! Awful product with even worse service from Luxaflex, not the installer who has been brilliant. Gorgeous blinds shame they don’t work.

We bought two Luxaflex blinds about 10yrs ago and have been very happy with these smart, efficient blinds. Last week one of the stick bands that holds the blind to the window came off and we contacted Luxaflex. They were super helpful and very swift and responsive in helping us. We have received a replacement for the stick-on attachment for which they did not charge! Outstanding service. We had already decided to purchase again from this company, but now we certainly will! This kind of excellent back-up servce is rare in our experience.

I have 18 luxaflex pirouette blinds. They are nice blinds when they are working. I have had them 5 years and now all of the battery packs are failing due to the lugs breaking on the piece that holds the batteries in and make the circuit. Replacement battery packs are really expensive. This is not good given the initial cost of these blinds.

We have 5 large luxaflex blinds. Battery operated (mistake). The batteries run out very quickly, each blind takes 12 yes 12 AA batteries. Pairing the controller with the blinds takes a degree in electrical engineering. The instructions are awful. The remote is poorly made plastic with lugs on the battery compartment that are very easy to break. All this and they were very expensive.

We are delighted to write a review about our recently installed Luxaflex blinds and Shutters, installed by Littlehampton Blinds.
Firstly their showroom. A well presented array of products in life size settings, which easily helped us to understand what they would look like in our home. The showroom staff were very knowledgeable and arranged a number of samples which arrived a few days later and brochures to take away.
The installation and final finish was everything we expected, with a full demonstration of how each product worked.
We have no question of the quality of these products and would not hesitate to purchase more of these products in the future.

We had blinds installed recently and couldn’t be happier with the product and the service throughout. The product is top quality and has changed our room completely. Each person we interacted with was knowledgeable and responded quickly. Couldn’t be happier and would 100% use again.

We bought some power view pirouettes that are Luxaflex and we are really impressed with the quality of them and the easiness on setting them up.

We have just had Luxaflex blinds installed in our home & we could not be more impressed with the service & quality. The whole process from choosing options and measuring/installation was faultless.. we will definitely be returning as customers in the future for awnings when we finish our garden!

We recently had Luxaflex shutters installed and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
We did quite a bit of research before going ahead and the quality stood out for us, when compared to other manufacturers that we looked at.
Alongside that the service, from the sales guys to the fitters was superb - always willing, knowledgeable and prompt in answering any questions we had.
Absolutely first class.

The quality of Luxaflex blinds are excellent. There are many cheaper products out there but you really get a better product with Luxaflex. In addition to this the after sales service I have received has been excellent. A special mention to Kerry who has been most excellent in dealing with any enquiry I have had. A top brand with top service

I did purchase 6 luxaflex duette shades a little kess than a year ago paying almost 8000 pounds believeing they are "quality" products. Around 9 months later, one of the shades start stopping halfway not retracting fully up. The sller is out of business, the installer is not returning my messages, no clue re whatvto do on website or youtube vidoes. I wrote to luxaflex. They asked some pictures and the response : Please contact one of our dealers. Qulity is a total experiemce which should definetly involce after sales service and support. This does not exist with this comoany. Bunch of individuals sellling and installing their products and you are left by yourself when you experience a oroblem. Best to avoid if you want oiece of mind and spend your hard earned monies somewhere wlse with a better understanding of what quality means

We had a range of blinds from Luxaflex and they are first rate. From the initial planning and advice through to the final fitting the team were terrific. We had the Duette blinds, including some with Powerview. The app and remotes work very well and I particularly like the flexibility of the app in terms of scheduling.
We are delighted with our new awning and even more so as we first enquired last year, but waited until this year to place the order. The new model looks allot nicer and came with a front trim that was electric too, which was not available with the previous model. I would like to mention the dealership who fitted it called
Littlehampton blinds, who were incredible. Our property required allot of custom work, by ways of cutting out of the wall and creating bespoke brackets amongst other things, which was all created by them in our garden and fitted in just two days. It was also really nice to be able to see the same awning we purchased in their showroom, which really gave us the confidence to place order from them.
We have purchased our Luxaflex blinds directly from CrosbyBlinds for many years now, the price, service, and quality product make the perfect combination.
Recently we purchased Tru-Fit Duette blinds, the support, and knowledge from Crosby made this DIY purchase easy and affordable.
I bought several Luxaflex blinds for the lounge a while ago and needed help with a replacement part.
After a lot of online research and calls I spoke to Helen in Luxaflex customer services. She was very helpful and professional and solved the problem for me and I'm so appreciative of her friendly and efficient service.
