LuxDeco have clearly been trading whilst insolvent for a number of months.
If you they owe you money, initiate the chargeback process via your bank or credit card company.
Google 'your rights if a retailer goes into administration'
We too have an order with LuxDeco which never arrived. I eventually got a message from them saying they didn't know when the order would arrive (it was due to be delivered in February. Their Instagram account has now announced that they have gone into administration.
Unreliable company. As a Trade Customer I was unable to get LuxDeco to complete any of my orders, causing severe delays on several projects. Waste of time and resources.

Site said in stock and delivered in 5 days.
No emails or correspondence, so contacted LuxDeco and they said it was an issue with backlog of orders causing hold up.
Phoned again in December. Said it will be dispatched in a week. No order received. Phoned again in January, they said the product is held up with suppliers (new reason)
Advised will be in stock soon. Phoned later in January and experienced exceptional rude customer service. Order was cancelled as they said they have no date for dispatch and highly unlikely I will received. Have been waiting on a refund since January 17th for refund and have been told the reason is a technical difficulty.

The items I ordered are faulty and I cannot contact this company. I have telephoned multiple times left contact details and no one replies. I have emailed them three times and I have not had a reply either. Can anyone please tell me how I contact this company? Customer service seems very poor.
Items due to us in October 2023. Told in January by 'George' and his boss 'Luke' it was odd the orders had not been fulfilled and no notes on the system why so they offered a refund and asked for bank details. Now 'George' no longer works there and was told weeks ago 'Mohammed' would call me back and he has not and now both phone lines are going to answer machine message. I have left two messages on the website and sent various emails.

Placed 64164 order for two side tables which did not arrive. I have now been waiting for a refund for three months.

Horrific! Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from them. I bought 3 items (2 floor lamps and an arm chair) in NOVEMBER. All items said to be delivered within 2-3 weeks on their website. After more than a month, no email or update. I called to be told that all 3 items are delayed and they refused to provide the date or even approximate timeline to when I should expect it. After numerous calls and always the same answer, there are delays and they can't provide a date, i decided to cancel my order. I was supposed to receive a refund within 14 days. 14 days have passed and no refund has been given. I tried calling again, but now no one is answering the phone. After reading the reviews I see I am not the only one. Something is seriously wrong with this merchant.
UPDATE - they went bankrupt.... that explains it all...
Light was advertised for delivery in 2weeks, they informed us it wasn't available for another 2 months. Decided to cancel and refund. Been waiting 4 months for a refund on this!!!! They owe 1.2k!

Do not order from this site! Two of the three lights we ordered do not appear as pictured. They are sent with cut out pieces of the flimsiest plastic as the shell. Our contractor could not use the outdoor light sconces because they are not up to code. Their customer service consists of an email address and whoever answers inquiries is very confrontational,, refusing returns.
I cannot get through to you to understand the status of my order. And your online system does not help either.
Our goods were shown as in stock, and then we were advised that we would not receive our delivery in time. We have now been waiting since DECEMBER for a refund and it is now mid March.
Would advise not purchasing from this company again.
I purchased lights in January they failed to deliver my order and now do not want to issue a refund. No one is answering their concierge calls and they do not respond to emails regarding refunds and undelivered goods. They have also turned off their comments on instagram because so many customers are complaining.
I can’t believe they are still operating and posting as if everything is normal!

NO confirmation email after three days of purchase, NO response on cancellation of my order through its website 'submit a request', NO one answered my phone calls all day. All the means stated from its website to contact Luxdeco for my order cancellation and refund were failed! Just keep receiving marketing emails for its spring sale.
A heads-up that just reached out a staff of Luxdeco after repeated calls and she said my refund to be processed shortly. Unfortunately, no news on my refund after waiting for 2 weeks, got no reply from emails, and no one answered phone calls!!!
Absolutely shocking experience with Lux Deco! I have outstanding orders with them and they are long over due for delivery. I cannot get through to any person on any form of communication! I require someone to contact me ASAP. This is beyond unacceptable.
Again would give no stars. Ordered in October with no delivery of order and no refund. They are also still advertising the lights as available. Always an excuse as a response despite numerous messages. Just getting random messages first with shipping problems and now they are saying financial system problems. Will be taking them to small claims and watchdog to stop this fraudulent behaviour.
