I was hesitant to order because of the bad reviews but we had no issues. The furniture was delivered within the correct time frame and was as described.
Delivery time was too long, much longer than the stated time in the webpage. The customer service was basically not helpful at all. The product was not what they presented on the page.
The in-stock times on the website are not updated. They do not communicate with you that there is a delay from what they’ve stated. You will go months and months longer than expected without your furn... See more

5 weeks after I ordered my table I was contacted and told that particular table won’t be availably, I was offered a similar table (slightly longer) and took the offer because I needed a dining table for my family, when the table arrived, the legs were not industrial black as advertised on the website, they were off dark grey. I contacted customer service and they said we gave you those legs for free anyway (whaaaaaat) and suggested I paint them myself instead.
I love the table top but the legs were not the correct color.

The delay was huge (order 2024-09-12, I received 2024-10-30)and it was supposed to be from 2 to 4 weeks (another lie). Every time I wrote a complaint on the chat you said you would send it tomorrow, only when I threatened that I wanted to cancel the order you send it. You did not send any apologies for the lies or even a message that the goods would be delayed

You will go months and months longer than expected without your furniture. Then when it arrives broken, it will take months and months for them to correct the issue. Unless you physically go to the store and walk out with the items you want, don’t shop here. I regret not reading the reviews before I ordered.
I have ordered a table 6 weeks ago and I still have no news about it. No emails, no sms, no calls, I called them twice and everytime they say they will send within 2 weeks.
What customer service? It is just impossible to get information or even an answer from them. I ordered something roughly 5 weeks ago and still waiting.
Don't bother to try to call them. It's pointless since nobody answers the phone obviously.
I wrote to them via the form from my customer account - no reply.
Wrote a second message via email - no reply except an automated response.
Wrote a third email asking them to cancel the order. Surprise! Got informed that the order is processed and that I will get it next week on Friday. If I want to cancel it would cost me additional 190Sek for the return.
Since it seemed to me that it worked now I agreed to not cancel the order.
Today is next week Friday - guess what? Nothing! No delivery, no notification. I responded to the email they replied from asking about new information, but all I get is the autoresponder again.
I am just disappointed and really want to cancel the order now. Without paying the fee of course since it is not my fault at all. Only thing is that the company cannot be reached at all. I will never order again at Luxi. That much I know.

I put an order of a lamp 27/11. When the lamp was delivered I only got 2 out of three packages, the foot was missing. When I contacted DHL 7/12 they said they package hadn't arrived at all and made a report. I call called Luxi, who had no clue and said the would talk with the warehouse and that they would call me back, they ofcourse never did. When I called back 14/12 I talked with the same person, who blamed the workers and DHL, not taking responsibility for not called back and explaining the situation. The person then said with certainty that the package had left the store, which a the report from DHL said it never did. Now three weeks later, I have no clue that is going on at luxi and is left with half a lamp and open boxes everywhere. Feels like a bad busniess strategy for Luxi to have a service like this. I do do not recommend Luxi for anyone, no surprise there.

I bought a TV hack and it was delivered in one week. Perfect conditions, exactly like to picture and I love it :)
totally recommend Luxi.
I bought a lamp which arrived later than expected and a part was broken which I fixed with glue caused I liked the modell and had waited for it too long so I didn’t even complain.

The product (Fuego) was broken and glued again. Although I send it back and made a new order I got the same broken item!!!
I purchased barstools on October 21. On Nov 1 I contacted customer service to find out when they will be delivered. A few days later, I was told they were out of stock, but will arrive in 2 weeks. It has been 7+ weeks since I placed the order and customer service has not responded to my emails in more that two weeks. Now I want a refund, but no one answers the phone when I call. This is terrible customer service. Unacceptable.

This table could be beautiful if it was bigger or larger as demonstrated by your picture online. This product received is more like a table for kids and it is a big disappointment. When I requested to return the product on November 5, here's the response received from LUXI: "Vi kommer att ta en returfraktkostnad på 495 sek och den måste vara monterad och i originalemballage. För att vi ska kunna ta tillbaka den". I cannot recommend your products or customer services to others. By the way, it's been 21 days since I asked for a return ticket to attach to the box and I am yet to receive it! Thanks

I have purchased three chandelliers and at no point i was told that i had to assemble them myself. Further, i had to be the one calling LUXi to find out when these chandelliers were going to be delivered.
I'm not impressed and i do not think i'll buy any other products again. Sorry!
I ordered a tv bench on Sunday, and got it delivered to my home on Tuesday. Made sure the item was in stock before ordering.
No complaints.
Contrary to many reviews about slow delivery, item was quickly dispatched, and delivered.
We're satisfied with the product as well.
Only complaint so far, is that I received invoice with payment deadline for order which I already paid through Klarna.
