I never received my order and customer…
I never received my order and customer service is insanely bad, both on the time it takes for them to answer, lack of information and the attitude from them. I do not recommend ordering from the EU and I recommend avoiding any and all contact with customer service. My matter is now two months in the making and I still have no update or any order in sight.

Do not trust this site
Unfortunately the site is not safe.
My bikini never arrived and I have never had a refund.
I got a tracking code but it showed nothing. They replied to me that they had troubles with the shipping Company and in the end when I asked them for a refund they never replied to me. Do not trust this site.

Unfortunately we had issues with a new courier we were using due to the postal strikes when we sent out your order and it could not be delivered due to an issue on their part. This is highly unusual and is not typical of the service we like to offer. You have been refunded for this order in full as it could not be fulfilled.
We are now back to using our regular couriers so this should not happen again. Thank you for your understanding and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Careful with this company!
I had ordered a swimming costume with Express delivery (for which you have to pay more) Expected delivery 2-4 days. It arrived after 11days. By then I didn’t need it anymore and wanted to send it back. After long discussions with the customer service and after I prooved the wrong shipping method with documents I was promised to get refunded my shipping to and back from the UK. So I sent it back. I never got refunded for that. I had to pay 45Euros in total for shipping plus 35Euros for the UPS custom service. Nothing was refunded and the customer service is not replying anymore. They do not even have a phonenumber to call.
They make you pay extra by making you pay for Express delivery and then choosing UPS Standard delivery.
I CANNOT RECOMMEND!
Now this goes to a lawyer as I luckily have proof of everything (including their Email of the promised refund)
Regarding quality and look of the product: average!

We are struggling to find your order details but we can assure you that we would not have sent your order with standard delivery unless there was a reason for doing so if you paid for UPS express shipping. It may have been that you live in a remote area as deemed by UPS so there was an extra surcharge to deliver to your area. We always email customers to notify them of this and then give them the option of standard or express delivery if there is an extra cost, as well as refunding them for express delivery if we do not send it with this service.
We always reply to emails and deal with issues in a timely manner. Please feel free to email us with your order number if you have still not received your order or refund and we will get this resolved for you.
