I placed an order on 19/12, which according to the website was supposed to be delivered the very next day. As of 29 December, I have still not received any tracking information, update, or confirmation that my order has even been shipped.
I have tried to contact the company multiple times via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and even by phone, but I have received no response whatsoever. Complete silence.
What makes this even worse is discovering that their policy does not allow refunds to the original payment method, assuming the order ever arrives at all. This is frankly hypocritical. The order was intended as a Christmas gift, which never arrived, making it completely useless now. I simply want my money back.
If you choose to publish strict policies on your website, make sure you are actually capable of keeping your delivery promises and communicating with customers first.
