Lay-z-spa San Francisco
Sent a number of questions, asked for quotes on delivery area's and if the item was in stock. Having had a very helpful and quick response from Luxury Garden Party i was very happy to go ahead with the purchase of the Lay-z-spa San Francisco model. The item was delivered in less than a week from confirmation of order, arrived in perfect condition and works great. Have to say that LGP were great to deal with in every way and this particular model which is one of Lay-z-spa's latest model's was a brilliant price compared to everywhere else I checked. Definitely a company i would recommend.

Great service & products
First found Luxury Garden Party last year and they had the best price online for my Lay z Spa thermal cover. This year I needed storage organisers for my home office and again the best price. The quality is amazing and I wish every company packaged their products for dispatch to the same standard. The organisers arrived in perfect condition. First class company

There service was shocking, sent a very big order delivery at the wrong time, then wouldn't collect it, I have to pay for storage, very unorganised.

Dear Wayne, I am so sorry you feel you need to leave this review. We both know that you are a business in your own right and that you were providing a service for your customer with products that you did not sell and you came to us for help. Initially you advised that the order should be shipped after 2 weeks, which then changed to 2 months and finally a role out of up to 2 years. We cannot accept orders and hold stock for up to 2 years this is crazy. So after 3 months of holding this stock for you we finally had to ship. The products were exactly what you ordered and we delivered within what we felt was a fair timescale without charging storage charges. You would not allow us to speak to your customer direct which we found rather odd. We will never work with your organisation again but did not place a 1 star review on your Trust Pilot Account. Very unprofessional of you. Annette Dolton
