I absolutely love the Japan shows! Having access to the stock on the live shows is amazing — the variety is incredible, from vintage Chanel and Hermès bags to beautiful fine jewellery pieces. Being able to buy with customs already covered makes the whole shopping experience so easy and stress-free, and it gives me complete reassurance when purchasing. I particularly enjoy watching Yen — it feels like shopping with a friend. I trust her advice on items, and have recently been pleased with my jewellery items

I have had many dealings with different members from LP team. Recently Joshua did a jewellery show from Japan and I was impressed with his interaction with the customers. He was attentive and so patient with all the questions.I did not feel rushed and I feel he should do more of these shows.
Yen is fantastic and has really been so helpful with my buys, answering all my queries and not pushy at all.
The London team are also very approachable and kind.
Sabrina Sadiq has invested in a good team and I wish them more success!

From Concern to Confidence – Excellent Resolution
I’ve had several successful purchases with Luxury Promise in the past so I’ve always trusted their service.
Recently, I encountered a small issue with a ready-to-wear piece from their London branch. I had clearly stated my EU size, and the sales associate confirmed the sweater in size 38, but it arrived as Italian size 38 (EU 34). At first, resolving the situation took some effort, and I was a bit concerned.
I’m very happy to say that Luxury Promise handled it wonderfully. The sales associate personally reached out, acknowledged the mistake (which was unintentional), and ensured I was fully reimbursed. Their professionalism and willingness to resolve the issue exceeded my expectations.
This experience reassured me that Luxury Promise truly values their customers. Mistakes happen, but how a company responds makes all the difference — and they did so with care and integrity. I’m delighted to close this matter positively and look forward to future purchases with complete confidence.

We’ve reviewed your correspondence in detail, and to provide context, the Fendi FF Caramel Turtleneck was sold correctly as an Italian size 38, as clearly shown on the main size label you shared with our team. Fendi, like most designer brands, uses Italian sizing as standard, which is equivalent to approximately a UK 6 / EU 34.
We understand that sizing conversions can sometimes be confusing, and it seems there was a miscommunication regarding this at the point of sale. However, as the item was accurately described and sold in the correct size, our policy does not cover the cost of return shipping in such cases. Clients are responsible for return postage when sending back items for discretionary reasons such as sizing or fit.
That said, our customer care team offered a discretionary store credit to assist you, and we appreciate your cooperation in returning the item.

Amazing Pre-Loved Jewelry
Love watching the live shows and everything that I have purchased at LP is as good as or better than expected. The pre-loved jewelry is great quality. The only issue I had was dealing with Splitit - the payment plan - but all other interactions were wonderful.

First, let me say, Luxury Promise is a reputable seller. I purchased an absolutely stunning Loro Piana scarf during a live on Christos’ IG platform on a Saturday morning (2 August). I received the item, unpackaged it and was about to wrap it around my shoulders, when I noticed a few holes and runs, which were not mentioned as callouts when the piece was being shown. Clearly the piece is defective, dry rotted and/or moth eaten. And with the tags attached. I understand pre-owned but there’s an expectation that the seller will disclose callouts so that an informed decision can be made. So disappointed…
