We would not hesitate in recommending Pierre as an international, marketing agent for your property. We were selling a unique country property of significant historical merit, which was greatly appealing to an American clientele. Pierre fully utilised his worldwide connections, worked tirelessly in marketing our home and on a personal note, was engaging, charming and the utmost professional.

We purchased a property through Luxury Property Partners, but given the price point, we felt the level of expertise fell short of expectations. There was significant pressure placed on us to push the deal through to exchange and completion, with little regard for managing expectations. Overall, the process was far more stressful and disjointed than it should have been.

As someone in their late 60s, selling a home is not something I take lightly. It’s one of the biggest financial decisions of my life, and naturally, I want to ensure I’m in safe hands. I came across Damion from Luxury Property Partners, who at first glance, seemed personable, enthusiastic, and very active on social media. His presence was impressive, and he spoke with confidence about the business and his role.

However, I’ve learned over the years not to take things purely at face value. After doing a bit more research, I’ve come across some concerning findings. For one, despite the slick image, the company appears to be several months late in paying accounts, with reports listed in The Gazette – not something that inspires confidence. Digging deeper, this isn’t the first time this has happened either, which raises questions about how stable and well-managed the business actually is.

Another point that left me uneasy is the confusion around Damion’s position in the company. On social media, he repeatedly refers to himself as “ an owner", yet when I looked at the company website and official information, Tyler is listed as the founder and owner, with Damion being a director and regional agent. This inconsistency doesn’t sit right with me – honesty and transparency are non-negotiable when dealing with large assets and life-changing decisions.

All in all, I’ve decided to hold off and consider other agents. Trust is earned not only through presentation, but through clear, consistent, and reliable business practice. I’d advise others to do their due diligence and read beyond the polished branding.

After being on the market twice previously with high street agents, Jake managed to sell our home in a very short space of time and kept me up to date along the way. Jake worked very closely with the buyers which most agents don’t do.

He was just amazing attentive great communication called me every day sometimes twice where the other agencies I would be lucky to get a call at all and no follow up he would not stop working to sell the property evenings weekend and always attended each viewing himself I am glad to say within 3 months we were under offer unfortunately that buyer had trouble getting here funds to the uk so he started all over again even showing on an

One dreary late Winters afternoon, with our home being on the market with a normal high street agent, and having NO views after 10 weeks, there was a ring at the doorbell and that was when we met Pierre Luxe from Luxury Property Partners. Pierre introduced himself and enquired about the movement on our property. After a short conversation with Pierre, we made an official appointment with him to come and talk to us about what and how he could do things differently, to market our home. Pierre was very friendly, pleasant, and professional and explained the marketing process clearly and made it easy to understand. He explained about how the housing market is doing and what to expect and not to be disappointed with the time scale. After listening to him we agreed that LPP will take over from the high street agent. We were put into contact with LPP members on a closed group WhatsApp and met Georgie.

Through the closed WhatsApp group, it was easy to contact Pierre or Georgie at almost any time if we had questions and replies followed shortly. Photography and Videography took place and was of the highest standard and represented our home beautifully. Pierre also had input and advice on staging the house for the photos. Marketing on different platforms such as Instagram makes it so much more readily available and appealing.
With the housing market not being very good at this moment, Pierre still managed to get prospective buyers through the door and had viewings arranged. After a couple of months, Pierre suggested that we change our strategy regarding the marketing, and it worked. With weekly/ fortnightly telephone calls from Pierre, we were confident that he could sell our home. As we had certain timelines to meet, Pierre went above and beyond to negotiate with our buyer, sometimes after hours and late in the evening, to try and meet our timeline. All worked out perfectly in the end!
So, it's with huge thanks to Pierre for his hard work and all at Luxury Property Partners, that we have moved to our new home and achieved a sale value for our previous home, above the asking price. We have already recommended LPP to two of our family friends that are looking at selling in the near future.
