Customer service at Luxy is ALWAYS accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. Even when I haven't always been those things, they always remain so and highly professional. Their products are the best too, to me anyway as I've bought clip in extensions from everywhere and Luxy's have been hands down top notch in every category.

Purchased a color that didn’t match my hair, I reached out to a virtual stylist and she worked with me by sending me samples not once but two separate times and gave advice on what color would match the best! Lynn was amazing
Lynn was amazing! Somehow my account took all the wrong turns, and my shipment was lost (mountain mail). She helped me track down the invoice, and was able to send me another package as I bought shipping protection before. This was a lifesaver, and so was Lynn! This is my first experience with LuxyHair as they were recommended by my hairstylist for my bridal look.

Disappointed
Disappointed. Order this and the hair was darker then it looked online and the weft was very thick. It did not blend in at all to my thin hair. I ordered the clip in's and they kept falling out.The quality of hair after I washed for the first time was poor too. I would not order this hair again. I tried contacting customer service and have gotten no where.
