This has to be the worst office space I have ever had the misfortune to inhabit. I rue the day I decided to work here. The building is over priced and poorly maintained. The manager herself has admitted they had pigeons getting in the 3rd floor offices. Yuck! And yes, the other review is correct about staff attitude towards visitors. Imagine what she's like to the tenants...?
I can't wait to leave! My advice? Run away!
I attended an art space on the 2nd floor. The young lady on reception was very professional and polite and directed us up to the art space. An older lady introduced herself as building manager. She was not so nice. (20 questions about who we were and what we wanted!)
The building itself is tired and a bit grubby. I understand from the artists that this is a work in progress but there's also evidence of vermin in the car park, broken lights in the space under the building. I genuinely wish the art space all the luck in the world but I wouldn't recommend the offices if this particular lady continues to scare off your customers.
