Terrible hair company! Honestly so disappointed with the two orders I made with them. First one, the wig construction wasn’t made to fit anyone’s head. The cap size was way too small and the 360 lace frontal was more dense in some areas and less in others. The wig didn’t even last a good few months because of the excessive SHREDDING! Arghhhhh so annoying.

I gave them another try and made an order last month and honestly it was the worst decision I made! The wig came and it was NOTHING like my order instructions. I paid extra for more density and got the bob standard wigs that they leave sat in their warehouse for ages. There was no information on the card that they send with the wig that matches the one I ordered. I ordered the natural colour, I got a 1B, I ordered 180% density, I got 140 if that! I sent countless amounts of emails back and forth and was told that they’ll check with the factory worker and they’ll do their “best” for me because I’m their “number one customer”. I sent a separate email requesting their shipping address and they provided me with that swiftly because they don’t want to reimburse me despite them being in the wrong! Such lack of professionalism and customer service skills!!! I honestly despise this company. That’s £230 down the drain.

I will NOT purchase from these fraudsters again. At least with RPG show you get what you pay for. I may consider reordering from them again.

You have to believe the bad reviews. They are legitimate and real. Our story is just as disappointing. We ordered a wig in February of this year. Within a few days after receiving, the wig got slightly damaged. The vendor agreed to repair it for us for a small fee, so we send it back to them for repair. It has BEEN 68 DAYS NOW and still no wig back. I sent countless emails on what's taking so long, is it repaired yet, what's going on......We kept chasing the vendor for answers. Every now and then the vendor would reply with this: "let me check with my worker". Finally 3 weeks ago, after threatening them that we will dispute the charge with PAYPAL, the vendor finally said the wig is repaired and we will ship back to you with a tracking #. One week passed, two, three, still no tracking #, no wig. The reality is they have no intention of sending back the wig we paid for. We will initiate a charge back with our credit card company

If I could rate them a 0 & write my review I would. First off, I found them while searching on google and on their website there was talk about fast shipping, the hair being great quality and just anything that you can think of to get you to buy merchandise from them. However, they are not responsive until they feel like emailing you back, the wig after I received it felt nothing like human hair, looked nothing like the picture on line & they took 3 weeks to even send the wig. My wife ordered it because she wanted something blonde and long and they had a really nice one but when it came it was a nightmare. The wig definitely was not worth $250. When I first reached out to them they about a tracking number after a week they said soon we will send which meant they never shipped it. When I didn’t get nothing a few days later I said I wanted a refund and they then decided to send the wig out the next day after me asking for a refund. They claimed if we did not like it we would have a prepaid shipping label to return it and that was a damn lie. I emailed them the same day the wig got here and asked for a return label and they kept ignoring and talking about other stuff and now they are just not responding to my emails. They are a scam, unprofessional, do not speak good English and only can be contacted via email. I have opened a case with them Via PayPal. I would not recommend them or buy again from there.

I have finally won my case against this merchant. PayPal has ruled in my favor and I will be getting a refund. Don’t ever order from this company un less you want to go through the process of filing a dispute and waiting a minimum of 30 days for it to be resolved.

If I could write a review with a score of zero I would because rating them a 1 is much higher than they deserve. This company is the worst and a total scam. Do not order any products from this company because you will not get it. I dont know what else to say about it but they are the absolute worst!!

I ordered a wig on Sunday of January 26th it’s February 5th and I still have nothing. I was hoping I would get a email saying the order was delayed or so but I had to email them. I asked for a medium lace and then she kept on saying you want a dark brown lace and I had to clarify 3 times messaging back and forth waiting until 8pm everyday. I still am waiting for the order but I was hoping I was going to get it last Sunday because it’s been over a week and I Still don’t have anything and I have a birthday coming up and I was going to use that hair but now I don’t know because it still has not come in. And from reading these reviews the returning time apparently is very bad so if I don’t get my wig on the 17th then I will not be ordering from here again. But I do give them credit for responding back to my messages but this is taking a long time. When I asked if the wig will be shipped this week they said “I think” so it’s not even confirmed. I really don’t know now if this is a scam because I feel like I will be waiting for weeks.

How I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I got a very very very terrible wig. And after sending photos, here is the reply I got today .

I am really upset with myself for not having read reviews in advance. The wig is not human hair. It looks like sisal and I feel terrible I spent a lot of money on it. The picture was not mine, it was theirs and I shouldnt have bought into the whole game. Big regret.

I bought this hair and had the capsize custom made and paid extra for it. Shipping was decent but that wig was awful. The ear tabs of the wig caught me in the back of my head, grant you this is not a 360 wig that I ordered. If I had the wig custom-sized then why is it so big. I emailed them then they try to tell me to use the elastic band. Then to make things worse, I had to pay over $30 to return the item after they are the ones that messed up!!! I spent almost $400 dollars and still have not gotten my money back and I returned the item on November 28, 2019. It's January 8, 2020, and still no money back, no one is responding to my emails, nothing!!!!! This company is a scam and the hair they send you is nothing like the pictures or what people review on youtube.

I ordered a wig since May for my graduation. Because I wasn’t going to receive the wig on time I called DHL and have them stop the delivery and return the wig. Since then I never got a refund and it’s now November. I contacted two people and they kept saying that they will help. I called DHL and they gave me the tracking number and all the necessary info . They said that the wig was delivered to them in May 22nd. It’s awful that no one is helping. I need the hair or my money back

I buy all of my wigs from them I had no problems, I received them fast , I love there wigs

Don’t do it they will break your heart they tell you that you can return it but reality You cannot they give you some crap and tell you that you cannot return it and you better find a way to wear it so screw you stupid. They have horrible customer service and bad product save yourself some pain.

Can not get over this! My first wig and Noo regrets! Beautiful soft hair absolutely no complaints! Didn’t do anything to the wig just cut the lace and still gorgeous. The seller was great! Kept updating me on where my package was. Definitely my favorite seller

They provide wigs that will last you for 3 months literally I cannot use the wig the shedding started then tangled and then the frontal matted together. This is the only wig of mine that this has happened to and this is also the only wig I have from Lwigs. They wanted me to ship it back to them for reconstruction but wouldn’t even thrive me an address. I’ve wasted over £200 for a wig that I can never use again. If you see the trash OMG.

This company is notorious for providing youtube gurus with beautiful wigs to reel in customers, then overcharge you for half crafted garbage. I purchased what was supposed to be Brazilian body wave at 26in, 180% density. The wig was thin, wefts were showing and the 24 in bundles I was wearing at the time were almost 4 inches longer the the wig. They told me to pay for shipping to ship the wig back and they would exchange it. When I explained I want a refund, they never got back to me. No matter who you call or email, they're all named "Vivian". Highly questionable. I paid 100 to ship the wig back and haven't heard from them since. I'm very upset.
