I ordered jewelry, and I received them, but almost half the items weren't as pictured/described on the website or were low quality. I initiated a return for several items in August 2025, and received multiple emails that the package was still in transit. I used tracking too and could confirm. Then this past month (March 2026!) the package was returned to me, marked "refused". The quality and customer service were BAD.

Don’t waste your time or money. Jewelry is cheap and poorly made. Return policy is impossible. Do NOT order from this vendor

They send whatever they have in stock, say it’s similar to, and won’t refund your money. The jewelry is cheaply made even at ‘discounted’ price. You want a refund? You pay for shipping back to China!

This has to be the worst experience ever! At this point I would like refund.

Even though I sent pictures’ of what I ordered vs what‘ve received which is completely different. This is the response I got.

Complete and utter Made In China garbage! Nothing handmade and does not remotely look like the beautiful jewelry pictured. Total SCAM!!!!!

I ordered some earrings. When I received them, they looked so cheap, nothing like the picture.

took forever to get order. And when it finally came I was very disappointed. Out of the 5 pairs of earings I only liked 2. They look cheap! I should of known better. I thought that since they were advertised as a sale because the artist was retiring that that was the reason they were priced reasonable. Long story short...don't waste your money.

I waited for months and every time I would send them an email. I would get a quick automated response with false information. I finally contacted my credit card company and they credited my account. Then I got another notice from the company after asking them to cancel the order, saying that it had been shipped again I will not do business with them again. I am convinced that the only reason I got my order was that my credit card company stepped in.

They don't send the jewelry you pick. It is handmade they say. So each one is slightly different. It is TEMU jewelry. Took over a month to get! Should be taken off sites.

This was by far the worst and most frustrating online shopping experience I’ve ever had! I ordered a set of bracelets which felt and look cheaply made, mass produced for sure; like something I would get for my granddaughters to play dress up. The ring I ordered was the “Vintage Cubic Glass GOLDEN Ring”. However, the ring that I received was clearly not what I ordered. The differences between the ring I ordered and the ring I received were dumb founding! One was gold with a very wide band the other was silver with a very thin band. Yet, when I followed the guidelines of their return/refund policy and emailed a clear photo and video of the ring I received, I quickly received a return email stating that after careful review, they found that the ring they sent me matched the ring I received and offered me a 10% refund for my dissatisfaction. I resent the clear photo and video of the ring I ordered and the ring I received and reminded them of their refund/return policy which states that if an incorrect item is sent, they will send you the correct item free of charge and you can keep the incorrect item as their apology. To no avail, I was again told the rings were a match if I wasn’t satisfied with the 10% refund to return the ring to China and pay the shipping costs and if they determined the ring was not damaged or used, then they might refund a portion of the money spent on the initial ring I ordered. I clearly wasn’t speaking to a human; this has to be some type of AI generated scam! Shame on me. First I ever ordered jewelry on line. I seriously doubt that Lydie Ann even exists! Be careful out there!

Scam. They use other jewelry company pictures and send you a similar item. When you complain they think 10% discount will make up for their fake crap. Do not buy from this company. Warning!

Item received was totally different than what I ordered. Customer service asked me to send a picture and they determined that even though item wasn't exact!y like the website displayed, they had sent the right ring to me. Don't waste your money. To me it's false advertising or misrepresentation of the products. Not handcrafted at all, but cheaply made and I doubt there is a Lydie Anne who is "retiring". What a hoax!!!!!

I would give this negative stars if possible. I ordered a ring, 3 weeks later received a different ring. Contacted their customer service, was offered 20% refund for my trouble. If I wanted to return it, I had to send it to a different country that was no where on the label or website, at my cost. This business is a complete fraud.

Horrible. I ordered 3 pieces of jewelry and they are all cheap trinket jewelry. They look nothing like the pictures. Total cheap junk from China.

I ordered the hoop style hummingbird earrings. They’re smaller than pictures and the paint is poorly done, plus the colors are not at all like pictures. Looks like cheaply made product, no way it’s handcrafted by Lydie Anne, if she even exists. Very disappointed but I not going to bother returning or going through the hassle others have had. Lesson learned.

Got my jewelry and it pretty much look like the pictures though the sizing is completely off and super small. I wrote them a letter because they make it seem like it’s coming from her and in fact it’s just a stupid f’ing China shipment. Unfortunately refund costs for shipping are on the customer so therefore it’s a little bit questionable whether I will send these back but I will likely do so because it’s worth the $10 to learn my lesson.

This is an AI scam. What I received (shipped from China) looks nothing like the items on the site. I've gone back and forth with them several times via email, sent in photos of what I received and what I got and they won't offer a refund unless you pay international shipping. Do not recommend.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS SO-CALLED store. Update 8/11 I too had the same experience where they wanted me to pay international shipping to return the ring. They offered me a 20% refund, which was nothing however I accepted that. I wound up giving the ring to the clerk at the UPS store, she liked it.
I received the items however the ring I ordered is a slovenly manufactured piece of junk. I sent them pictures of what I ordered vs what I received. Although I understand there may be differences, these are too much to ignore. They are offering a 10% refund and I keep the ring however I would never wear it. I have offered to send the ring back and expect a full refund. - I purchased 2 items of jewelry from this shop. I never received any tracking information and the items were never delivered. There was one response to my inquiry where a link was provided to jewel shipping however the link stated there was no data. In researching, it appears Mialla Jewelry is the same person just a different hair color. Most or all of the items in the shops are identical. The only difference in the 2 photos of the women is the hair color. If it isn't the same person, then they must be twins. I have requested a refund however have not received a response. I attempted phone contact however the call never went through and when I researched the number, it belonged to different entities.
