Return Nightmare

I just received two items. I don't like the way they fit so I'm trying to return which has been a nightmare. There is no customer phone number and the return email doesn't work. I'm hoping someone can help me....I saw other items that I want to try but I have changed my mind. Not worth the headache

Happy Bride to Be

Everything I ordered is all just wonderful! Everything looks amazing on also!
The only thing I did not like was the length of time it took to receive it. Only because I am leaving in a few weeks to get married in St Croix and was worried about not having the clothes I needed. But, all is good. I am very happy with my order!

I reviewed your return policy before…

I reviewed your return policy before ordering two tops which made me feel confident to place my order. Your service department does not honor what you promised. I contacted them as soon as I received the items. Requesting to return one of the tops as it was too small and approx. 12 inches shorter than depicted. I am told that returning to your warehouse will be very expensive for me and was asked to accept $20.00 compensation to keep the top that was misrepresented and is too small. You need to make your customers aware of this when telling them your return policy.

I thought I was ordering from a U.S

I thought I was ordering from a U.S. company- not so. Took awhile to receive my order and I ordered size Medium but all 3 items are really too big. Hopefully I can return and get a refund 🧐 If not, I will report to BBB.
