Quite simply the worst possible…

Quite simply the worst possible experience
abbreviated version:
Was Charged for an oil change while under warranty (it's been months, still no refund)
Performed (??) and Charged for a fuel flush I did not need
Returned my vehicle an entire day late
Returned my vehicle with a new rubbing noise
Returned the vehicle to them, was told I needed brakes and that they needed to break locking lugnuts off of the wheels (an extra $150)
They replaced the brakes ($500+) the noise was still there.
Told me it was a bearing and they'd call when it came in.
Fast forward a month and now - since the is over the 60,000 mile warranty IF I pay for a diagnostic they will see what they can do about determining what the problem is and how much if any of it they will cover.
