Non Existent Order

Dont ever use these crooks. Order never came and had to re order from a client with honesty and integrity as part of its service.
Utter rubbish - BEWARE YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY

Goods have not been delivered

I ordered some lights on the 23rd September 2016.They have not been delivered. I was fobbed off by a response to me 1st email (You should receive the goods by the back end of next week) but have had no response to subsequent emails. The web page still exists, but there are NO goods displayed, so I think this company no longer exists. Fortunately it is no longer possible to order any goods from them!

Order never turned up

Not sure what happened, email said order delayed then despite many emails and ringing could never get a reply. In the process of trying to claim back the money. Don't use this company ever!!!

Awful. Take my advice and look elsewhere

Order made weeks ago, given a date for delivery on 6/10/16. Not received any goods since. They do not answer calls, respond to email. Take my advice and stay well away from this company. I expect never to hear from them and believe they took my money knowing that they would never deliver my order.

Avoid at all costs

Product never arrived and no answer to emails or calls. This seems to be a common issue with this company looking at reviews online so please don't get caught out like we did.

Absolutely awful!

Ordered a light from Lyon lighting months ago. Have had two requests for reviews but still had no delivery of my light! Have replied to the email saying it would be late but no further response. Have tried to phone but main number when you google is non existent now and upon further investigation found another number which when called, transferred and eventually got cut off without speaking to anyone! Don't buy anything from this company!!!

Took my money and I haven't received anything!

I ordered 2 light bulbs for my mum from this company and they took the money from my account. I received an email saying there had been a delay in the delivery until 13 October and the bulbs would be delivered 1-2 days after. I still haven't received anything and after 2
e-mails being sent and looking at the reviews from other people I've given up hope of ever receiving the bulbs!

Now left in Barclaycard's hands to repay amount company had taken good job we paid with Barclaycard!! Steer clear!!!!!

A Very Bad experience

The biggest waste of time I have ever had the misfortune to come across. No stars, no contact from them after taking my money. Telephone goes through to a call taking service. Emails not answered ever. Had to go through my bank and use charge back to get my money back. Just wish I'd read reviews before I'd made my purchase. Steer well clear of this company.

Avoid!

Order never turned up. Called, emailed and tried to live chat multiple times with absolutely no response (phone number just cuts you off after ringing and ringing). Reported to trading standards and my credit card company to get my money back. Wouldnt touch again with a barge pole.

Radio silence

Bought an item that arrived (hooray), but didn't work (boo).

No response to emails. Phone line disconnected. Contrast to the puff piece in Burton Mail in on September 4 saying how they were taking on staff and selling to the world.

Have they gone bust. Reporting to trading standards. Amazed any company can act like this in 2016. We need to find ways to shut them down. Look for the directors and try and contact them?
