Professional and good communication
Lyons Davidson were appointed to persue our claim following an RTA when the other party refused liability. This was eventually heading to Court (2 years later) when Candela successfully guided us through the process of negotiating a full settlement plus compensation on the eve of the hearing.

My mixed experience with Lyons Davidson Scotland
Once my case was handed over to Caroline Fraser, things were dealt with professionally and relatively smoothly although it took almost 3 years to reach a final closure.
Caroline kept me informed with progress whereas previous solicitors in the company dealing with my case did not and I frequently had to contact them. There were many challenges along the way which thankfully Caroline supported me through and eventually took on my case. I am relieved that it is finally over

Well looked after from start to finish
After being injured, I had the services of LDS managing my case and the impeccable Lauren Martin was assigned to look after me. She was a pleasure to deal with, provided clear communication and explained all the steps and timescales for each of the stages. Although times it was frustrating as the third party dragged out time when replying, Laurent was there all the way in my corner fighting my case. Excellent support from case handler
Abbie was a great help throughout my case and always took the time to explain every step along the way.
She was professional and courteous yet friendly. Whenever I asked to speak to somebody, she would call me back soon after and took the time to answer any questions I had.
I was involved at every point and I appreciated having options laid out before me and being advised on each. I also noted her good practice in asking for my consent when anything needed to be released, requested or updated.
I'm very happy with the service I received from Abbie and she made a difficult situation easier.

Really good service getting to the heart of the problem quickly. At some points I would have preferred quicker action but I suspect the speed was dictated by the legal process.

Personal injury claim
My case handler Abbie Sparling was very efficient and helpful and kept me informed at every stage of my personal injury claim after I was injured in a rta that was not my fault. We have recently reached a settlement after 8 months from the third party insurer which I am extremely happy with.
