I am only giving Lysol 3 stars because I think than the Brand New Day smells wonderful. All of their products leave a horrible, sticky film on my counters, bathroom sinks, toilets, ect. It's the primary reason that I don't use them and have switched to another product.

Just blows my mind why any company would but heavy blue staining dye in anything...could you imagine spray and wash with ink in it...wife loves to put in walk away and you go in and toilet is permanently stained.

I've been frustrated with smelly kitchen dish clothes for so long and tried so many methods to get rid of the smell. I was excited to try Lysol, Laundry Disinfectant. Unfortunately, not only did this product not remove the smell at all, but it left a strong bleach smell, even though I know there's no bleach in it.
I'm also not too impressed with the amount needed. 2 caps filled to line 2 on an HE. That's a lot! And it would be emptied very quickly and become very expensive.
I've used other Lysol products which I liked, so I can't figure out what's gone wrong with this one.
P.S. This might be an older bottle although I've just recently purchased it. It promises to kill the covid-19 virus and I can't find the same front label on any other ads for this.

Took forever to arrive and its total rubbish. Doesnt stay on your neck unless you physically keep it there. You have to pay cost of return to China £20 for me. Customer services dont answer your queries. Should have read the returns policy but my advice is dont waste your time and money !

Efficient and convenient. Also the spray bottle is reusable and good quality.

Lysol is no longer any good anymore the standards are gone you cannot use your products they stop working in the middle of it older band and Walmart brands does better so therefore go to them leave Lysol sitting on the shelf

I will never buy Lysol again. At the height of the pandemic -- a world health crisis -- you could not find Lysol in stores nor online. This brand let customers down big time 😕

I had a tremendous positive experience with the agent of customer service of Lysol. He was great: always showing he was there for me, doing exactly what he promised ("give me a minute") and he was back before the minute end. He got happy when finally he had good news for me.
Lysol is a great company for me since I saw their videos in Tripadvisor and now with this examplary customer service assistance.

cant beleave this company is selling an all natural "cleaner" that only kills odor causing bactera and hides the fact with a tiny asterisk and a bunch of fine print on the back you scumbags made a new cheaper product in the wake of a pandemic when all cleaners that actually work are sold out and it does not even kill bacteria you should be ashamed of yourselfs

Terrible company I ordered products December 16, 2020 and never received my products I ordered $102 worth of products to protect my family from corona viruses germs however this company lied stating they were Lysol but on my bank statement it states Chinese language this is terrible I emailed the company and IT emailed me back as best sales and he stated he would refund my money and it would take 5 to 8 days however it is February 19, 2021, I still have not received a refund I have emailed them numerous times and they are no longer responding to my emails this is terrible we all need to receive our funds back this makes no sense how dare they steal money from people during pandemics. I am poor I cannot afford to just give away money.

May the Living God who knows what they are doing and watching their every step provide justice to these criminals who take from innocent people during such a time as this in 2020/2021 especially. No one should seek to steal from others at any time and they are heartless thieves with an intent to hurt others.

I ordered on December 1, 2020 from lysol.com and didn't realize til later that it said lysolsw.com. I didn't realize that my orders were coming from China until I received my tracking numbers. Ugh. Of course, I never received my orders. They went to California on Dec 24, 2020 and to NJ on December 26, 2020. I lost $117. I emailed and they responded saying they realized the mistake and would send it off. I waited and still nothing by January 2021. Then I emailed again asking for a tracking number and they supposedly was sending it out. It is now February and I received nothing. I then sent an email requesting a refund and they sent me email telling me it would take 5-8 days to see it on my card. I never received it. It been 14 days already. So I emailed again requesting a refund because they lied to me. Instead they sent me a tracking number. I sent another email telling them to send me my refund and that I don't want the products any longer. They have not responded to my last email. My emails have been coming from Billy Rod and Andy Sean. I don't know if I can even get my money back through my credit card because I realized I used my debit Visa card. Ugh. Please do not fall for the fraud. I feel so foolish. I am normally so careful and all I saw lysol.com when I first ordered. It even had the registered trademark of lysol on their page. I'm gonna stick with Amazon and major online stores. Ugh.

I place my order on December 2020 and until today Jan,23 2021 I have no received any response and/or tracking regarding the order. I used this webpage because a relative told me that it was secure, but I not read the reviews... now I lost my money $54.00

Within 10 minutes of placing my order I realized the mylysol.com website was not legit. My sister had sent me the link thinking it was Lysol’s website. I’d shared it with a coworker and we’d both placed orders. I used my AMEX credit card not sure which she used but she immediately contacted her cc company letting them know she thought it was a scam. I opted to wait the 20 days the seller claimed it would take for me to receive my items. After they didn’t arrive I contacted AMEX explained to them the situation and they took it from there. They immediately put that charge on hold so I wasn’t responsible to pay it while they investigated. They also reach out to the seller and that’s it. Within a couple of weeks my account was credited. My advice contact you credit card company and explain what’s happening. There are so many scammers out here, more I think because of the pandemic. They know people are desperate so they try to take advantage of people. Good luck.

I ordered in October and never received my package! I put the tracking number in and it said my order was delivered in NY and I live in AL! I still haven't received my refund! I emailed them n sent them a screen shot of my order, the date, and tracking number. Haven't got a reply!

I order lysol disinfecting spray through the website lysolsshop.com and did not receive a tracking number or any message from this company. I lost 57.77 cents.Please do not order through this website. FAKE . Please let me know what can I do or how can I refund my money

avoid lysolsw like the 666th plague. Opportunistic parasites taking advantage of the COVID-19 situation. My ma's friend convinced her to buy from that site. Now she's lost over $30 to these punks who'll just spend it on anything over giving people what they truly need. My ma needs to call Capital One ASAP!

Website was Lysoltp.com but from the other reviews it was likely not a shared or authorized website and therefore a scam. I bought a little over $40 worth of product and now I'm in the process of getting this reversed with Capital One. Definitely pissed about this,
