Neil is so reliable, efficient and expert in his job with a very decent price.

I had a major leak on my central heating circuit under the ground floor and Neil turned up at short notice. He had to use the crawl way under the floorboards but soon located and sealed off the leak. His charge was very modest - I added £10 for him to get a beer or bottle of wine.

Boiler stopped working, one child in the house and freezing temperatures outside, Neil came within the hour, very nice, clean work and fixed issue and checked safety of house ( alarm, service, etc)

Neil arrived on time and fixed a broken valve in an immersion heater for a fair price. I have recommended him to other people based on past experience and they have also been impressed by him.

Had a radiator leaking into the cellar and onto my electric meter! Even though he was finished for Xmas, Neil came round immediately to fix. Great service as always.

We had our 5 year old gas boiler serviced by Neil. He was reliable, professional and efficient. He picked up on an electrical issue caused and not repaired properly by a previous gas service and charged us very little additionally to rectify what could potentially have been a very serious outcome. He also gave us advice regarding our carbon monoxide alarm. Will definitely ask him to do our boiler services/work in future.
