Avoid this product at all costs.

The trial version does not let you test all features, and once you pay you discover that using the full version requires lowering your Mac’s kernel-level security (Reduced Security and user-managed kernel extensions). This makes your system completely vulnerable to attacks — the exact opposite of what’s expected when handling sensitive or encrypted data.
Customer support is fully aware of this issue and still refuses refunds. This is a scam-level practice. Avoid this product at all costs.

Additionally, M3 BitLocker Loader for Mac also offers another method that does not require lowering your Mac’s security level. You can use the File Manager option to export and import files from a BitLocker-encrypted drive. It didn't work for me

It didn't work for me.
Purchased a licence, waited 6 hours, all files recovered were 'zero bytes' and couldn't be opened. Using the application also slowed my Mac down to the point that it ran out of Application memory. I would not recommend this product.
