Awful Communication

The service after visiting has completely ruined the service of the dentist himself. I visited a few weeks ago with a specific issue and the dentist I saw was brilliant. However since opting to not use MAC Dental for a wisdom tooth extraction and opting to go down the NHS route, they have not replied to emails, I have called 3 times to ask for my referral, they can't wait to get me off the phone and have been largely unhelpful / promised they were sorting it and I have heard zero updates. Brilliant if you want to pay their prices, awful if you need help getting an NHS referral.
