I have had enough of ebay calipers, so decided to try a bit upmarket but not go mad.
I bought a set of Machine-DRO's own brand calipers this time. The transaction was easy and the calipers arrived quickly.
There is a intangible difference between thease and the ebay stuff. They feel better quality, there a little heavier, the screen and buttons are clear, I would like to have seen the buttons a bit larger. A small indication of their quality is the thumb wheel. On this it's solid doesn't wobble and seems precise.
All in all a very good buy.

Buying a DRO from Machine-DRO for my Myford ML7 lathe some years ago was one of the best decisions I made. It has performed flawlessly and now I am upgrading my lathe to a Super 7 version Machine-DRO have been incredibly helpful answering my questions about how to transfer it over. I cannot recomend them highly enough!

It’s hard to find a company that has old fashioned customer service. After calling the customer service team , My query was dealt with immediately, I ordered my new mitutoyo vernier , it arrived the following day . The vernier was a mitutoyo genuine article as promised . Thank you so much .ray

Reasonably priced and delivery was excellent.

I used MDRO many years ago for my first DRO ON MY mill. It has proved a very good asset.
I have now replaced my mill and a new DRO and the service was excellent and from what I have read in the comprehensive manual it is written by an English speaking engineer…..thanks

Ordering was easy but the kit was out of stock and the commutations was poor, I had to contact them to find when the item would arrive. The kit appears to be good but not fitted yet.
