I contacted customer service to request a cancellation and was informed that a supervisor would call me back within 24–48 hours. Unfortunately, it has been well past that timeframe and I have not received any call or follow-up. I understand delays can happen, but the lack of communication has been disappointing. I hope the company can improve response times and follow through on promised callbacks

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a £1200 coat in the uk and delivered in 5 days (end of November) Too small so I called them and they talked me through a return - I immediately bought a bigger coat. The return then took 10 days with courier service FedEx asking me to compute forms etc - this is despite Mackage arranging the return - so UK returns do not work. Finally got the coat back to them and received their email confirming such 28 Nov 25. New -one size bigger coat -took 14 days to arrive - and I love it. Lovely coat. 30 days later (more actually as I am writing this on 3 January 26 - still no refund just lots of emails saying sorry and we will get to it - so more than 30 days to wait for over a £1000 refund ! Absolutely disgraceful service. I just hope I get the refund as it's so bad it's beginning to feel like a scam. Worst online shopping experience I have ever had. Horrific. Don't be fooled don't buy from them online.

Horrible customer service. Trying to return a christmas present and because my husband ordered it two days before their official christmas ordering timeline (November 26 when he ordered it on the 24th) I am stuck with a coat that looks so bad. I cannot even exchange it. Won't be purchasing any other Mackage.

Dear Mackage Management Team,
I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding an unpleasant experience at your Mackage Pacific Centre location last Friday December 19th 2025
I was visiting the store with a friend to purchase a jacket for an upcoming trip. We entered the store before closing time and were being assisted by one of your sales associates, Suty . She is professional and helpful during our interaction.
However, in the middle of our discussion, another sales representative, later identified him as Ismael, abruptly interrupted us and loudly stated:
“YOU HAVE 4 MINUTES TO SHOP!!!!!”
This statement was delivered in a rude, aggressive, and completely unprofessional manner. There was no courtesy, no explanation, and no attempt to handle the situation respectfully. As customers who were already being assisted and fully prepared to make a purchase, this behavior was both shocking and unacceptable.
This kind of treatment made us feel unwelcome and disrespected. As a direct result, we decided not to proceed with the purchase and left the store with a very unpleasant impression of the brand.
Luxury retail is not only about product quality, but also about customer experience, professionalism, and respect. What we encountered that evening fell far below the standard expected from a brand like Mackage.
I strongly urge management to address this matter seriously and ensure that staff members—particularly Ismael—receive proper training in customer service, courtesy, and professional conduct. No customer should ever be spoken to in this manner.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously so that future customers do not experience the same level of disrespect.

Honest Review of My First MAI-CN coat Purchase
I recently bought the MAI-CN Double-Face Wool Wrap Coat in Azalea. I took my measurements carefully and made sure I was choosing the correct size, but the coat still ended up being much too big on me.
I reached out to customer service, and while the representative genuinely tried to help, they were unable to make an one-time exception for an exchange because the coat was a final-sale item. I understand what “final sale” means, but since this was my first purchase from the brand, I really hoped they would show a little flexibility.
The coat itself is beautiful, but the customer service experience left me disappointed. Based on this, I wouldn’t recommend Mackage Brand, the brand didn’t seem to prioritize customer satisfaction or the experience of new buyers.

AVOID mackage
I bought a jacket off Mackage online and it was shipped and had delays and arrived when I was not in town. When I got back into town, I tried it on immediately and it was way too big and when I contacted them about getting a refund or an exchange, they told me because I was outside of the 14 day window of when it was shipped that I had no recourse. This is not great because now I’m stuck with an expensive jacket that’s too big and I’m going to have to sell it on consignment somewhere else. I do not recommend whatsoever. The jacket fit horribly. The customer service was absolutely terrible. If you need or want anything from this retailer, definitely go into the store and try it on. Do not ever buy anything from them on line.

Used this product as for now only for 1 winter, but still the product is the same as I expected. I live in Nordic countries, so whether here are just crazy with very strong winds.

As before purchasing I read the return policy, so no anything new (fully agree that this is not the best one, for such type of product and price), but I wanted to try this brand. There is standard 14 days return policy as everywhere in EU.

I followed the brand’s size chart…
I followed the brand’s size chart carefully and even sized up from my usual 6 to an 8, just to be safe. Despite all that, the shorts are so tight I couldn’t even get them past my thighs.
Before ordering, I called two different stores and was specifically told I didn’t need to size up. I also relied on the size guide provided online. Clearly, none of this information was accurate or helpful. The fit is drastically off.
To make matters worse, the shorts are final sale, and customer service refused to make an exception—even though I took every reasonable precaution. I feel misled and stuck with a $255 item I can’t use.
The quality is so cheap for the price. And since a size 12 isn’t even available (and a 10 likely wouldn’t fit either), I’m left with no options.
Very disappointing experience, and unfortunately, I won’t be shopping here again.
In my opinion the worst brand ever. Cheap and Nasty products.
I bought a hat from them and when it arrived the package was firstly basic for a so called premium brand and also the hat had no label on it, no label with care instructions and no label with branding. I queried this with them and after several messages back and forth with their customer service it resulted me being told that if you wanted an authentic and genuine product I had to buy it direct from them. I did and I bought the hat via their official website so what do they mean? Did they send me an unauthentic non genuine product?
As a result of this I demanded a refund and low and behold I have been completely ignored and they have not communicated with me further. I raised the complaint higher to management and again no response or action taken by Mackage. This brand is by far the worst I have ever had dealings with and in my experience is not a premium brand but very substandard. The quality of its products does not reflect any way near the price that they are selling their goods for. Plus I don’t even know where the item is made.Not only have Mackage just completely ignored me and their customer service is absolutely useless they have also fallen foul of several UK consumer laws. I would never purchase anything again from this company. I could give it a zero star rating I would have done.
Will never buy again
I ordered two jackets in the same size from their website.
They arrived. One of them was at least two sizes smaller than the other. And I didn't like the quality of the one that fitted ok. So I requested return. I received the label and dropped it off at Fedex.
One Month passed and I realized I didn't receive my ~2k refund. I checked the tracking label and it showed me the package was not moved by Fedex.
I contacted customer service of MAckage, they told me I should check with Fedex location where I dropped off the package so that they can open a Fedex claim ticket! This was too strange request from me, but I still did check with the Fedex location and they gave me proof that the package was in fact picked up by Fedex. I contacted them again and they gave me a Fedex case number informing me it can take upto 7 weeks to resolve! So I should wait for Fedex to get my money back. This ridiculous. I reviewed the return and refund policy and there is no mention of customer being responsible for postal accidents.
Like I repeated in my emails, I should not worry about what happened to the package since I dropped it off at the post office as I was expected to.
I should be refunded regardless and Mackage should deal with following up the case and claiming the damage. Not me. I should not wait "up to 7 weeks" to get my money back, I've waited enough. Fedex does not owe me anything, Mackage does.

Returned the item on 5th Feb. Brand acknowledged the receipt of this item but does not refund me until 24th Feb. No explanation at all. Customer service only said no updates. This is a complete scam. Do not shop from this brand.
My coat zipper broke, suspicious warranty
My coat zipper broke within the first month of owning it. I sent it back to get it fix since it’s a new coat and I don’t want to void the warranty. I had to pay to send it back for repairs. They let me know they will hold the coat for 4-8 weeks. Which is fine, but I have received no updates since I shipped my coat for repairs. I shouldn’t have to email them every week for updates. I have no idea where my coat is and where it’s being sent to or if they are going to fix it. I paid way too much money on my coat for this subpar customer service.

you have to live in Canada to make use of warranty
Bought a Mackage coat less than two years ago, and guess what? Two of the snap fastenings have decided to retire early. When I splurged on this coat, I was sold on the whole "lifetime warranty" pitch and told repairs could be done quickly and locally here in the UK. Well, the reality is as disappointing as a soggy biscuit.
I reached out for help, and not only did the repair centre dance around confirming if the snaps would be covered under warranty, but they also categorically mentioned I’d need to ship the coat to Canada. Oh, and the shipping? Over £100. For snaps. Really, Mackage? I'm more than happy to bring it into the store for shipping to be taken care by Mackage, but to cough up a £100 shipping cost?
So let me get this straight, if you don’t live in Canada, your “lifetime warranty” means footing a hefty shipping bill that’s about 10% of the coat’s price. Is this some kind of loyalty test? Because I’m failing it.
Mackage, if you’re going to charge premium prices, at least back it up with premium service!

Horrible customer service. For such expensive products, you'd think they'd verify that items are correct prior to shipping. Not only did they send the wrong colour, they sent the wrong size!
Not only that, their return policy is absolute trash.
Heck, even Amazon does direct returns for cheaper products, blows my mind that such a "high end" company couldn't care less about their customers making us travel 2 hours to the nearest FedEx.
