Extremely disappointed with Mackage. The Lany M jacket doesn’t keep you warm at all – it feels cold everywhere, even in mild temperatures. After just 2 uses, the sleeves started fading. Customer servi... See more

I bought a mackage coat from the Edmonton mall mackage store. The coat I bought it was Kent down puffer coat the. Manager Allan showed me the features of the coat and everything I like it. Since I have back with me in UK. Coat is top quality keeps me warm and good in light rain
I wish I could give 0 stars
I wish I could give 0 stars. Poor jacket quality with poor customer service, I haven't worn it yet, but the fur is falling already. And you have to pay for the shipping and fixing. I recommend buying other brands. I'm regretting so much I bought from Mackage. The money I spent is not worth it at all for what I got/get.

Ridiculous return policy--much better off ordering from one of their dealers like nordstrom, etc. They only have 14 day return policy which I missed and now stuck with $1200 jacket I don't want. Too bad because their products are beautiful-shame their customer service is so poor.
Leather Trim Colour Bleed on White Coat
I bought a white coat with leather details. After being in a rain down pour, the black leather trim dyed the white jacket with a blueish black tint. I paid postage to sent the jacket to Montreal, Quebec and customer service blamed me for the problem. They are not fulfilling their warranty promise and are sending the jacket back to me. Horrible service!
Boston Mackage store
I went to the store in Boston. The door was barred by a security guard who said they had a staff shortage so I would have to wait five minutes. Fair enough. I came back five minutes later and was told I still could not come in. There were only 2 people in the store. I went across the mall to Canada Goose and bought a jacket for $750. Hey Mackage, this is how your Boston store goes out of business.
DO NOT BUY MACKAGE
DO NOT BUY MACKAGE! I had a Patsy jacket I paid $1000 for. I took it to a very reputable dry cleaner here in Denver who specializes in leather and down. They followed the cleaning instructions on the jacket. The leather ran all over the beautiful white jacket. On January 27,2022 I called customer service who told me there is only one dry cleaner in the WHOLE UNITED STATES who can clean their coats and they are located in New Jersey! They said that is what I should have done! At my mailing expense of course. I was then told to email their repair department...no phone calls. After many emails, including pictures in every direction of this jacket, I was told to mail it to Canada at my expense. Which I did. Two weeks later
they said they never received it. I sent them copies of UPS receipts showing when it was sent, when they received it and the person who signed for it. Then they said they found it but it had to be shipped to another department after THEY TOLD ME WHERE TO SHIP IT! Another three weeks go by and they email me they will replace my jacket .It has now been over 4 weeks and I have not heard from them again.
Franklin, the manager at the SOHO store where I bought it asked me to send him all the emails that were exchanged including the one that said they would replace my jacket. Another week went by and I called him again and he said he forwarded my emails to his manager and there was nothing more he could do. I have not heard anything more to this day after a number of inquiries asking what is going on. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR "LIFETIME WARRANTY" I have many coats and dresses with leather trim and have never had the leather run after cleaning. YOU ARE WARNED!
NEVER BUY FROM MACKAGE
NEVER BUY FROM MACKAGE - unless you want rude service, impossible customer service which you can never get through to anyone who can help you and poor quality jackets. Stay away coats look nice but dont last and you will never get any help.
Great support
Thank you very much to the manager for the online services and Mackage team for their support. Appreciate your attention, proper communication and real support. You can easily reach over the phone, email, and receive an answer in a timely manner. No hesitation to recommend online purchases to anyone.
Not the best reviews love the coat but…
Not the best reviews love the coat but all the silver has completely worn off we’re do i begin after reading all these unseccessful reviews??
Terrible Customer Support
They sent me a coat with the security tag still on it. The only options customer service gave me was (1) to return the coat, then process a repurchase which could’ve taken two weeks or (2) drive over an hour to the nearest Mackage store to have the tag removed. Either option was not ideal, and customer support provided no consolation for a mistake that was entirely their own. I opted to go to the nearest Mackage store because I purchased the coat for an upcoming trip and needed it the following week. I was refused reimbursement for my time and the cost I wasted in going through this extra step, which is not something I expected after spending $1300 on a coat. Terrible customer support for a so-called luxury brand. I will never purchase another item from Mackage again.
Terrible customer support
I bought a €850 white coat with leather details. I followed the washing instructions the first time and the coat came out as new. The second time though all the leather stained the coat, so now it looks like a tie dye mess of blueish black. Spoke to customer service and they required me to send it to Montreal, Canada (at my expense) for it to be inspected before a solution found. This is after I sent photos of the coat from every angle to their customer service. The cost of sending the coat over is €150+, not to mention the time I will have now gone without my winter coat in the middle of winter. It's shocking. Don't sell in Europe if you can't support European customers properly.
This companies customer service is…
This companies customer service is criminal.
I have called and emailed so many times and the gloves that they sent me with a security tag and paid 140 bucks for lost in Fedex land due to Mackage mistake.
Poor Customer Service
I love the jacket, but I feel the customer service lets the product down. My jacket is in need of repair and I was under the impression that Mackage coats come with a lifetime guarantee and although I have sent emails and messages, I have had no response, other than one from overseas who have told me to contact the uk store in London. Which I have done with no success.
Horrendous Quality. Awful Service
Horrendous Quality Awful Service
I bought a Mackage Coat from Harrods for Christmas 2020. I searched online for a white long puffer coat. I had never heard of Mackage but the coat was exactly what I was looking for - it was a real statement. It cost £850. Pretty expensive for a coat. However, I invest in outerwear and I've had similar expensive coats last decades. I was delighted. I opened it on Christmas day and was thrilled. There was no dustbag, but I was ok with that - it's a winter coat that I would wear. I wore it maybe 3 times that winter - as I live in London the weather really wasn't cold enough and honestly I just didn't have the occasion for it. I stored it away for the Spring, Summer and Autumn seasons along with my other winter clothes in my walk in wardrobe on hanging rails. Roll on 10 months later, it's November 2021 and it's cold. I go to put on my white coat and to my horror I see the back of the coat has a yellow faint stain on it... and it is also on the back of the sleeve. I was so upset. I had no idea what had caused it, it had been so beautifully stored. Nowhere near daylight, but in room temperature, an airy room that I went in from time to time. I got in contact immediately with Mackage in Canada. They wanted me to send it at my own cost to them. A ridiculous expense to me when there was clearly an issue with the coat. I approached Harrods who were supportive but Mackage was equally problematic with them. Harrods collected the coat for testing. Mackage tested it on Harrods behalf and deduced that the fabric indeed had reacted to something 'most likely from a wardrobe or from sunlight'. Unbelievably they refused to help me further. Apparently Mackage coats do this. If not stored in a dustbag and treated delicately and in an unusually protective manner this can happen. Ladies and Gentleman for £850 you can have a winter coat that could literally disintegrate while wearing it. And their customer service team seem hell bent on losing customers. They refused to see the issue. There was no sense of urgency to rectify the situation, find out more or demonstration of concern that this could happen to one of their products. Clearly this is absolutely standard for their coats to do this. DO NOT BUY MACKAGE COATS.
No warranty
I have a jacket that has been used for a little over a month. Discover that the stitching in the sleeve has gone up. They want me to send the jacket to Canada, even though I bought the jacket at their EU shop and EU law clearly states that shipping in connection with warranty cases must be paid by the seller. I have chosen to complain to the European Consumer Centers Network and I would recommend all other customers to do the same if they are in a similar situation. It's such a shame that their customer service is so deficient. The actual design of the jackets is nice, but the quality is really poor.
NEVER order direct from this…
NEVER order direct from this company!!!! They are a joke!
Over 2 months to receive my order being told constant lies and now they’re making it so difficult for me to return and get my money back.
Defective
The products were fine except for a defect I noticed on one of the coats. I requested a return and ordered another coat. After weeks of waiting I still haven’t received a refund for the original coat but I did received the same exact defected coat back in return. After paying twice for a defected coat I then had additional trouble with their method of submitting a return label. The experience of purchasing this coat has ruined my views on this brand.
A nightmare online buying experience
I ordered a coat from Mackage via their online store as well as boots. The boots fit so I kept them but the coat did not so I initiated a return and that is where it all went wrong. More than one month later, I have still been unable to get this coat returned, primarily because Fedex is impossible to deal with and Mackage customer service is not very helpful in providing alternatives. UPS has now told me they can't accept the shipment without the sales receipt so I now have this coat back at home with me, 1000$ lighter in my pocket and still no winter coat. This will be my last Mackage purchase ever. The product is overpriced and service is shockingly poor. I will end up hopefully sending this back via my own shipper with insurance so at least I will not lose all of my money, though I doubt I will ever see a credit from Mackage...I don't enjoy writing bad reviews, but feel I need to warn others off buying from the European online store.
Do not buy mackage
Do not buy mackage, it’s made very cheaply. Stiching coming apart and the amount of bobbles appeard is ridiculous.
Honestly you are better off going to primark to buy a jacket, it will last you longer and You can buy 50 for the overpriced rubbish mackage sell.
They just some random company who have added large price tags!
I bought a Mackage jacket ($1500 USD)…
I bought a Mackage jacket ($1500 USD) in their NYC flagship store for the first time and they gave me without tag. I assumed this this brand doesn’t have a tag.
They have a 30 day return policy, but refused to refund because it has no tag.
