If you’re considering buying baby…

If you’re considering buying baby products from this store, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere first. I bought a stroller and car seat here, and within less than a year problems started showing up. The moment I reached out for help, it became clear that customer service ends the second they get your money. No accountability, no real support, and an attitude that makes you feel like they just want to get rid of you. When it comes to baby safety products, this is completely unacceptable. As a parent, this experience was beyond stressful and disappointing. I genuinely regret shopping here and would never recommend this store to anyone.

The experience I had in this store was…

The experience I had in this store was one of the most positive experiences I've had. Very clean, well organized and friendly environment. The staff were quite knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be back.
