After Xmas period I'm back to the gym and back on my meals I was craving some junk food but I resisted and called in to the diner for my lunch steak meatballs with sweet potato and veg. Service was 1st class and food was excellent as always. Can't recommend these enough keeps u on track without the prep work and all to your specific macros

Working full time, meal prep and healthy eating is something I’ve always struggled with. Since ordering from Macro Based Diner I don’t need to worry-they even deliver my meals to work! The meals are tasty and filling so I don’t feel the need to eat snacks in between meals.

Wow - these genuinely taste nice and pricing is great too. I ordered on the basis of Trustpilot reviews last week and I'm glad I did. I had a couple of delivery questions which were answered very promptly (on NYE no less!)

I ordered these for delivery to London (£40 for 10 boxes and a £12.95 courier fee). They arrived on a Sunday day by courier (I was given a one hour window), nicely chilled and ready for popping in the fridge / freezer. I'm on the weight loss boxes (300 calories) but they also do weight maintenance (400 calories) and weight gain (500 calories). I've tried other more expensive food boxes ranging from Fresh Fitness Food, Detox Kitchen, Hello Fresh, Gousto etc - as a comparative, these are the first boxes that taste decent (FFF should take note). I've been left full after each too so no snacking!

For a consistent, easy approach to weight loss, I highly recommend Macro Based Diner. I've been raving about them to friends and plan to order 20 next time to save on the delivery fee and will pop them in the freezer. I'm a little sad they aren't based in London!

Food is great!! I actually look forward to each meal and trying new ones, which in itself keeps me focused and on track with my meal plan. Easy to order via the website and Customer Service so far has been excellent, very accommodating and prompt replies to any messages I've sent through their Facebook page. Glad I found these, on to the next order....

Good food, very tasty and good value

The food may look only small but they are really filling. Doing little and often regarding my eating means I never feel hungry and the best thing is I don't have to think about what to cook, it's all there for me.

Came to the diner for a 615 cal parmo last week and it's all I've thought about all week, so I'm back again tonight for another. Delicious, fresh grub.

I’ve been using the Macro Based meal plan online for a few weeks now and I’m really impressed. The meals are healthy, tasty and very good quality. I would recommend to anyone looking for a healthy diet plan that’s on your doorstep at the right price and tastes nice.
