Sign up, pay up and wait and be prepared to wait at least 48 hours before you can even do the first thing. The say Customer Service 24/7 but what they actually mean is they serve you 24 hours after you open your customer service ticket.
I have never experienced such terrible service in all my years on the internet. Don't fall for this, take your business elsewhere.

I've had a Mac Mini in colocation there for almost 7 years, since they were MacMiniColo, and have nothing but good things to say about them. Consistently speedy responses and action, great pricing, great speeds... just all good things. I've had to upgrade a few external HDDs over the years (and recently RMA one), and it's always been an obscenely simple process with great support.
I don't want to keep gushing and make this sound even more ridiculous, but since I began with them they've made it so easy to never even consider changing providers. My Colo will be there for as long as they'll have me.
