Same conmen that ran MadCow Detailing and Boks London are back at it. Under the guise of Gloss Fuel.
These are the single worst “company” I have ever had the punishment of dealing with.
Anything I won on eBay, never arrived. And the shipping details they provide were fraudulent.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Order over 2 weeks ago and they never sent the items out. I’ve emailed and emailed and emailed til I’m blue in the face m. I did get a reply of someone called ANNNE wasn’t very helpful and only had the one reply. When I messaged the facebook page I got blacked on Boks. So I messaged detailers house and got blocked also. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER OFF THIS COMPANY.

I’m now doing a charge back through my bank to get the money back. Customer service is non existent!

1st order never turned up

2nd order only half of it turned up then after contacting them got no replies just ignored. No triggers with the sprays that did arrive .got detailer and interior detailer both actually smelt really good however the products im sure is scented water

Never order again im £70 deep on 2 orders and had 2x 500ml bottles of water

Company now trading under Boks London total con purchase a few items and had nothing but trouble now have my bank involved to get a refund due to seller not sending goods and not using a refund. I’ve had many items missing from orders seller will read the messages and ignore you.

Rubbish products.

Tar Remover doesn't remove tar.
Iron fall out does absolutely nothing as well

FRAUDULENT COMPANY! No response to emails and no items shipped

Ordered a few bits from Boks - nothing showed up. DPD shipment raised but never fulfilled by BOKS. used the messaging system to be promised it would be sent. nothing from them for the next two weeks. Save your money and avoid these guys, i'm sure the products are fine (if you were ever to receive them) but as i never did i cant comment

The Mango Sauce product was just epic, unreal smell and a really subtle finish which was perfect for my customers.

Do not buy from boks london. Its the same con men behind mad cow detailing.

Their products is totally useless and customer service is non existent. If u say anything other that positive about their products they will block and ban you from all platforms.

I used to buy from Madcow all the time. Most recent order I placed and paid for, after a few days I emailed as I hadn't heard anything, no response, left it another week or 2 incase they were busy and emailed again, no response. I had to raise a claim through PayPal to get my money back. I believe they have now closed down as "Madcow Detailing" and opened as "Boks". Beware

Made an order, asked them to change the delivery address from my old to current one. As I couldn't find the option to do that. They said that was fine. Quick response all good. A week goes by no delivery. I sent a message to see where it was, I received no reply. I have sent numerous emails and Facebook messages and have had nothing back not even a refund which I've also asked for.

I've had a parcel from this company before and they were great very helpful and quick service. I'm gutted this time round. Very disappointed

No items after weeks of waiting. No response to emails. Don't give this company a penny of your money! So many similar reviews. How they can get away with apparent theft is criminal. AVOID at all costs.

Bought from Madcow at the start of Feb 2023 due to the reviews on their site and also youtube reviews of their products.

Haven't received anything other than a tracking number for DPD. But DPD state they have received details of the order, but not the package itself.

No response from Madcow via Instagram, Facebook or Email.

Has anyone managed to get their money back?

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered twice from madcow. 1st no problems. Delivered fine. 2nd, a no show. Order Confirmation email as expected but no delivery updates. This has been 2 weeks now. I’ve sent 3 emails and no reply. Went onto tracking info link and no tracking info found. Stay clear of this brand!!!!

Items never arrived, emailed and called but no response. It seems this company are just fraudsters who steal peoples money and don't actually send orders.

So this is my 3rd time of ordering from Madcow, 1st perfect, no issues. 2nd I had to get in touch over non-delivery, later that day notified it was on its way.

This time I ordered one of their item promos. Guess what, no sign of it again! 2 emails, no response, 2 phonecalls, they took my postcode on the first and my name on the second with the answer of someone will look into this and get back to you.

Still waiting, goes on their social media pages only to have my posts removed before being approved and any comments I made on other posts deleted. Then I was blocked.

Great products but absolutely appalling customer service. Sadly another customer lost.

MadcowUK unfortunately you have to have mad cows to buy from them,

This company used to be my go-to place for all cleaning gear but as of late they've failed on everyside to keep there once excellent customer service by been an absolute disgrace.
Long story cut very short,
Items meant to be delivered back in Sept 2022, 4 weeks in and no delivery so messaged Tom (the owner) and advised him of the missing parcel to get back he'd look I to it and send another.
I in my own failure forgot about said parcel until someone commented on there Facebook page that theirs had also not arrived, I made a comment about mine and this got deleted, I then posted a complaint on there main page which also got deleted and then I was removed from the group.

MadcowUK have zero respect for there customers and fail to maintain a constant delivery service, I personally will never use there products again and unfortunately for them a lot of my car related friends have followed suit.

Bye bye Madcow you was good in the beginning but greed has been your downfall.
